we went to platos to sell our clothes on Monday… after an hour, got the text to pick up. then told me none of my 55 name brand, new items ( levi pants, nike clothes, vans, etc.. ) were wanted because of the “ season “ . the clothes and shoes were all seasons and on top of that, the bag we brought it in wasn’t even opened & everything was still the same way i brought it in. i have been going to this location for years and i was VERY disappointed.

Lululemon!!! Best plato’s closet! I have been to 3 plato’s besides this (Illinois and Wisconsin), and this one has a much better selection! I was there for an hour and didn’t even get to look at everything I wanted. Amazing shoe selection (so much Nike) and SO MUCH LULULEMON. A whole wall of it. Reasonably priced, pants from 25-55, usually around 30.) tops 20-30, and sports bras $15-30. Still a bit pricey but very good considering the original price. I’m coming back tomorrow to get more lulu! I got a swiftly for $20 and some Hollister sweats in great condition for $3.

I like this place way better than uptown cheapskate. At least for men's clothing. I don't always hit big when I go, but I can usually find a couple of things I really like for a great price. I appreciate that the men's section is a decent size compared to other stores I've been too.

Took them 6 trash bags filled to the top with a mix of brand new clothes, heels, sneakers, dresses, etc and they only took 4 things and paid close to nothing for it. The male employee at the front with the long hair had no idea on what he was saying. I walked around the store and saw they have some outdated clothing. He told me that they try to not carry SHEIN as it’s hard to sell but it’s literally on their website Furthermore, he kept going on and on about how the store is overflowing with inventory as if that’s the clients problem? Awful experience and wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone to shop or sell.

i enjoy shopping here for the most part, but when it comes to selling i wouldn’t recommend. the few times they have taken clothing they were very cheap. i’ve been rejected from them saying my clothes are too outdated or worn even though i’ve only brought in brands that they sell, and this last time i tried selling after specifically making sure they were accepting items right now, i was rejected because they have too much inventory? and it was extremely obvious that they did not even attempt to look through my bags. very annoying honestly.
