I took some American Eagle jeans and a couple of sweaters in to sale. I waited over an hour for them to tell me that they were overstocked and can’t take anything at the moment. Not helpful at all. One employee was nice but the other two were very rude.

Rude , rude , rudest employees ever stuck up ——— !! Their clothes are not good quality and they have shoes marked 65$ and the bottom was wore out!! Lmao no way!! Look hard at their clothing and shoes before you buy. Nasty store needs cleaned and smells horrible!!

The employees are so rude and stuck up. It’s mainly teenage girls not old enough to understand the value of a job but who knows. customer service truly isn’t that hard.

Worst place with the worst employees. First I took some clean name brand jeans and other clothes there. I was quickly told they didn't want them because they were dirty. I brought them all back home washed them again and took them back up there still hot from the dryer. Out of 6 pairs of jeans plus three shirts and and a dress with tags still on them they bought one pair of old navy jeans for three dollars. I was told it was because they were worn and stained. I don't think they was aware that they were in the business of buying slightly worn clothes and that Miss me, forever21, abercombie jeans come from the factory brand new with holes in them. I felt profiled and stereotyped and not given a chance because I was a.ale. I don't recommend this place if you want a fair price for your clothes.

The clothes they sell are nice. Decently priced, too.
My daughter and Husband took up a tote of clothes to sell. There were only teenagers there and they didn't want to sort through the clothes, so they looked through the top and then messaged to say they were done. When he got to the store they said they couldn't keep any of it cause there were stains on all of it....

There are about 45 pair of nice jeans in that tote.... Aeropostal, American Eagle, Maurice's, Torrid, and a ton of PINK items. Would have been nice to sell them so we can buy more from them. But I do believe this will be my last excursion with them.
