Poor customer service! Brought in all like new clothes and some in new packaging from the store I purchased. After 45 min
Came back, they said they would buy them all..... offered $20 for $400 worth of new clothes! On top of that they opened my new packages and tossed the clothes in the bag I brought in unfolded. Mind you this all happened without my consent, they weren't they're clothes to do so. Disrespectful, arrogant and rude. I was out of town and could've used some money. Now I can't even bring them back to the store!!!!! Pathetic!

I've been to 2 events and each time a staff member named Alyssa is always so rude!! I only know her name because I over hear the other staff talking filth about her and I see why!! She always complains about the customers in front of them "I hate this job, not because it's hard but because of the people" starting right at customers annoyed. Or saying "that would be something great to do, just I won't be the one to do it" regarding the workplace duties. Really with i should rate nothing. You're not pretty anymore once you open your month young lady. Karma will come.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I always get excited for their seasonal events, which feature great brands and quality items. The young lady at the register was friendly, and we had a nice conversation, which made my experience even better. The store did feel a bit overloaded, making it hard to browse through the regular clothes as the racks were packed. However, I appreciate how they make event items easy to find with balloons. They’re also great at marketing events regularly and giving sneak peeks on social media!

I brought in 3 tubs of clothes, shoes and hats. I was told they couldn’t take anything due to overstock, which is totally fine, I donated everything afterwards. But the problem was that they completely destroyed the hats by putting a heavy tub on top of them so they are now no longer in great condition. They need to treat our items with better care if they aren’t going to take them.

Plato’s Closet is always a good place to stop by. Seems like they overcharge compared to other places. They certainly have some fun and unusual items but it seems like I find more questionable items than good quality clothing.
Staff are always sweet and helpful. Store seems more cluttered than organized which makes finding certain things harder to find.
Just not one of my favorites.
