Went around 3pm, only 4 people in there so it was easy to shop around. I really like the quality of the clothes (most of the clothing is aimed at middle school to college girl trendy style). I was looking for a good quality flannel shirt and found it! I think the sizes could use a bit more organization and crop tops be put in one section. I also loved the men's section is good quality. Items are usually &6-$10 but definitely better brands and higher quality than Goodwills. Will be going back to sell some of my clothes that no longer fit me and pick up some more shirts. First time here and the girls there were nice. It was really nice they keep bins behind the desk for customer's items once they are ready to pay. Would be nice if they offered baskets while you shop or bag. Thrift store is located in a nice plaza that made me feel safe going to & from my car. I also liked that you can sign up and earn pts for your purchases.

I did not have the experience I would have thought I'd have. I went in with a great amount of clothing items that took me a long time to decide if and where to go and try to get them off my hands. I had 5 pairs of Miss Me jeans in really good condition. I also had multiple other things that were all bought in the mall and in good condition. I understand that the store needs to make a profit but after they went through my clothes , they told me none of my jeans fit their standard which I find very funny because while I was waiting and looking throughout the store, I seen multiple things that looked way too harshly used. They tried offering me $15.00 after going through 40 different items. Obviously I didn't even end up giving them anything because that wasn't for just one item.. that was for 5 different things and they completely refused to take my designer miss me jeans ! I don't even know how this place stays opened.

I've gone 3 times and only once they accepted my clothing, ALL of my clothing was practically new and in style. I didn't get the content amount of money either. Not my kind of place, I was not satisfied when I seen most of the clothes there too. Not my cup of tea, I prefer shopping at Forever 21, thanks but no thanks. Good luck with your business though, I'm not here to bash Plato's just to leave my opinion.

I find the place is clean, and organized. If I needed help, then I was able to get it. One issue I didn't like is that I am a name brand purse lover. I have over 18 purses to sell if price was right. I brought two to the store, they had their original boxes, and sales receipt too. I didn't trade them in because rhey were going to only give me less than half.

2-25-18 This was the 1st time I've ever been to Plato's closet I've heard alot of great and not so great comments in the past. I took my 22yr old son and 14 yr old daughter they both purchased items and are very satisfied customers. The associates seemed a bit busy as I only noticed three working at the time . The front counter (on right in front) associate whom checked us out was very pleasant and explained a little bit regarding some points rewards program. I inquired how to sell items she replied professionally to me but the part of pricing needed to be explained in a slower manner meaning she seemed rushed other than that it was an overall great experience and we'll be back.
