Went on a Friday night. The employees were all very nice and got drinks out quickly. The painting was so fun and the teacher really explained things well and helped us as much as we needed, nothing was rushed.

I recently had an amazing time at Pinot's Palette! The experience was so much fun and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful, guiding us through each step of the painting process. We both created beautiful paintings that we're proud to display. The studio was clean, well-organized and had all the supplies we needed for our painting. They also offered wine, cocktails, and beer. Which added to the fun. I highly recommend Pinot's Palette for a fun and creative outing. We'll definitely be back!

What an amazing experience. I always wanted to try a paint and sip. I found this one on google.! I am so so happy about my experience here. The art teacher was so so good at her job. She was very friendly and very patient and also funny. We went on a Monday evening on the 7-9pm class. It was cool since it was only 5 of us in the class. That made for a very personal and intimate experience. They have a very large drink selection and I was happy with that. The pina coladas were super super good! That was actually my first time having one and I like it a lot! When I first seen the painting we were creating I thought there was no way I can do this. Once you get halfway through the process the whole painting comes together. Also we have a very good teacher and that helped a whole lot. I cannot wait to try this experience again and again. I highly recommend this for a nice date night or even fun with friends!!

Came here on 12/20 with my DivaDance Gilbert Squad for our DivaDate and we had a great time. This was my first time coming here and the host/teacher was perfect! Fun and engaging! The staff was friendly as well. I love how you can purchase drinks and snacks there as well! Such a great vibe! And the music playlist was PERFECTION!!!! I will definitely be back!!! Great place for friends and a date!

We hosted our first company event here. I enjoyed the cozy but open space we were in. Everything was easy for me to set this up (the process of, the arriving, and leaving) was all done effortlessly. My entire team enjoyed Gabby’s class and felt it was easy to follow along. We were able to bring our own food and the drinks they have Available are pretty good price! Would highly recommend

My young child was invited to a birthday party here. As many parents do, I often sit off to the side of a party when it is in a public place to keep an eye on my younger children. The family hosting kindly invited me to stay, but then the instructor told everyone that any parents who were going to stay to supervise their young children would cost $5 each extra to the host family. I wasn’t drinking or painting, and the room was already booked for the party, so I wasn’t taking up space that would be otherwise used by another customer. I left to go sit in my car out front because I was not comfortable leaving my young child, but I also didn’t want to incur an additional cost to the sweet host family. Other parents did the same thing. I had to SIT IN MY CAR OUT FRONT of the building so that I could occasionally stop into the party to check in with my young child.

There are lots of painting places in the area, and they are all more friendly and accommodating than Pinot’s. Two thumbs down for customer service, and honestly, for greed.
