The very first day I found interest in Pinnacle Ridge apartments Saqusia called me and set up a time for viewing what would be the apartment I am living in . The process was smooth and stress free . Lisa was also a great help! They make a great team! Saqusia was very sweet and kind. She made me of aware of all the information needed to make the transition go smoothly. My stay so far has been very peaceful looking forward to enjoying my new home and the wonderful view on the 3rd floor. The picture below shows the sunset.

I find that the entire staff at Pinnacle Ridge Apartments to be helpful, warm, and inviting. The management team treats their tenants like family, building a community that is safe and family orientated. Mrs. Saqusia and her team seams to always have a positive attitude, no matter how difficult a tenant might be. I have recommended this apartment complex to other families who are looking not just for an apartment, but for a home.

I am a current resident here and have been for 4 years. My only advice is DONT! This place has really gone down hill since I first moved in and unfortunately I will have to move. From the ghetto residents to the unaddressed complaints and unresolved maintenance requests, just DONT!

WARNING, rent with Pinnacle Ridge at your own risk! If you want apartment management that cares about your livelihood and will resolve any issues, this one isn't it. There's a no smoking policy in there leasing contract, but they don't enforce it. Someone in my building was smoking weed and cigarettes on the regular INSIDE the apartment, causing my unit to smell horrendously. I reported this multiple times to management who did NOTHING. They sent out an email to residents with their no smoking policy and that's it.

The quality of the building is also poor. The ceiling above me would creak any time the person above me would move. And there on-call service does not exist. There was a leak from the person above me from there AC unit on the weekend. I called and it directs you to a voice-mail, which the on-call service is supposed to return promptly. I never get a call. The only reason the apartment management contacts me the next business day is because I filed a maintenance request as well.

This place is poorly managed and there is really no care for the residents they take on. It seems to be more about the money since rent is high for the quality you get.

So do yourself a favor and find another place to rent.

Lisa made moving in process and over all everything a breeze. Responded very quick to any questions or concerns. No issues with moving in. Apartment is great and in great condition. Very quiet outside. Would definitely recommend.

I lived there 2.5 years ago Office staff was very ghetto. Cigarettes and weed smoke filled my apartment every day .I complained a few times so the Manager refused to allow me to sign a new lease. Poor management. Shannon was the worst.

Shannon and her staff at The Retreat at Chenal are truly amazing. We had to quickly find a place for our daughter to live during the early days of the pandemic. With everything shut down and only being able to do things online, it made us so nervous. Shannon was amazing! She was helpful and so nice. I had so many questions -- and she answered them promptly. I had called several other properties and NO ONE else responded like Shannon did. The day we moved in, Shannon was running around the property cleaning and getting apartments ready and just making sure the grounds looked nice. I have NEVER seen a property manager hustle like Shannon does. We had a short list of things that needed attention when we left after moving our daughter in on Friday and Saturday --- these items were addressed / fixed by Tuesday. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to live in Little Rock.
