Love it here. They have an adoption set-up for cats of all ages and their area is always clean. I like that they don't have a lot of "pets" to sell unlike their competitors. The staff here is AMAZING!! Always in a good mood and helpful.

Edit: we have continued to groom here! They do a fabulous job on my 11 pound schnoodle (schnauzer x poodle). The manager is professional and she seems very dedicated to help her customers! Employees here are really considerate and helpful and just awesome. Big thank you and five stars to the cashier, he’s so nice to everyone, he has fun things to say to everyone and you can tell he puts so much energy and care into the customers and their pets. This location as well as the tarpon bay in north Naples are our two favorite petsmarts ever. Keep up the great work!!

Worst groomer ever. I can’t believe I gambled twice on this place. They gave my dog a trim and blowout when I wanted the full package and they ended up charging me for the full amount anyway. I come back again many months later and she refuses to do it unless I show rabies paperwork. I show the paperwork and this girl is DISAPPOINTED. She doesn’t want to work. She then said she’d better look at the dog before shaving and decided my dog needed to be groomed at the vet?! My dog has long hair that is constantly brushed and still dreads. That’s why I went to the groomer, sigh. Lisa just wants to collect her hourly. Disheartening. I will never return to this place again.

Thanks to Jenn @ PetSmart in Hot Springs for giving me useful tips on how to get my ball python to eat again. We did exactly what she told us to do and our ball python ate again. We’ve asked several other people what would work and nothing has worked until Jenn’s advice. Than you so much Jenn!

Only store I can buy the Giant sized pee pads for my dogs. They are very nice here and I always shop here. I also get discounts for shopping!

This place is clean, no bad odors, the staff greeted me at the door, they smiled which is optional always but nice of them to do for me, and it's easy to find everything. I was looking for anoles to put in the yard. I have them already just by happenstance but I thought to add some more females since the males fight over them too much. They didn't have these but they had others. I saw three big kitties who needed homes. I assume these are from the shelter.
