I stopped by Peoria Pawn the other day just to check what they had. I was pleasantly surprised by how neat and clean the store was. I also found a large selection of merchandise and firearms at reasonable prices. It was a refreshing change for all the chain run pawnshops. Buyer and seller beware !. Looks like someone took a dump in the store and put a for sale sign on it. Kind of smelled like it too, but not sure if that was the store or the incompetent staff. I’m a very patient customer and very polite so I hate giving bad reviews and only give them out when having received an exceptionally terrible experience at a business. If I could give less than one star, I would give -5. Had better experiences at the DMV.

Very friendly staff and great prices! I was helped by Stephanie; she was knowledgeable and very funny! I purchased a PS4 with controller and cables. She even tested the console in shop. After visiting 2 previous stores I noticed Peoria Pawn was much more friendly. I would recommend this store to all.

They are the BEST even on bad days THEY WILL STILL HELP! this is the ONLY place I go. They give you absolutely fair prices for pawns and they have such a great selection of firearms, accessories, jewelry, etc. and the employees are just all fun people overall. Family owned and is the best definitely recommend stopping by!

I visited 3 other pawn shops and they all low balled me for my items. One place I asked for $50 more and said we would deal. They became offended so I left. I entered Peoria Pawn and was immediately treated with dignity and respect. In fact they offered me more money on my 2 items. I will always use Peoria Pawn should the need arise again. I highly recommend Peoria Pawn. I found good people that treated me very well. Today I paid my debt and picked up my items. Again, a dignified experience. Thank you Peoria Pawn.

I was a little skeptical about purchasing Metal Detecting equipment from a pawn shop, as I was ill-impressed with pawn shops I had frequented in Florida. But . . . after finding a fantastic listing on Ebay and then to my surprise, finding the item was only 20 minutes from my home, I paid Peoria Pawn a visit (not to be confused with Super Pawn located in the same shopping center). To my sheer delight, I was met with two very professional men, J.T. and the owner Dennis. Let me tell you, these gentlemen are as honest as the day is long ! I ended up purchasing two mint condition Minelab Metal detectors, models 700 and 900 at a fantastic price ! I cannot recommend this shop any more highly, this shop oozes integrity and value. I will definitely become a repeat customer. Thanks J.T. and Dennis for such a fine and professional experience.

P.S. I went back to Peoria Pawn the following day to purchase a Henry AR-7 .22 Caliber Survival Rifle. I purchased this rifle in new condition at a significant savings had I gone to one of the big box stores. Dennis was very knowledgeable about the rife and I even bought a brick of Remington Ammo to continue to support this fine shop.

Super nice staff, the older gentleman was very helpful. I came back after pawn store hopping to find the best deal on a TV under $100 and he greeted me and even gave me an unexpected 10% off. Paid about $80 for a 40 inch smart tv works perfectly!!! All other pawn stores I visited I had to wait forever in line and was ignored and spent way more time waiting then shopping. Will go back here for future purchases
