I should leave a one star review because they took all my money, and I may never recover financially from my trip to the store, but damn am I going to look good! Seriously though the store brings the quality you'd expect from the brand and the customer service is no different. Extremely friendly and outgoing. The store also offers free shipping on orders over $100. Which as you know is not hard to do here.

Now I'm just waiting for my box of quality wool to arrive and bring with it cool autumn PSL vibes.

Great store and amazing staff, I came in from out of town and this was on my bucket list to visit an actual Pendleton retail store. The ladies in there Teresa, Joie & Natalee were all very nice and helpful and went above and beyond with my Pendleton board shirt purchase thank you very much. Will be coming back again.

The staff working at this store is simply amazing!! After 2 months of battling with Pendleton’s customer service via phone and email, for a problem with a sweater I ordered. Joie in the store was able to get me one in a week! She is amazing along with everyone in that store. They turned my experience with this brand from 0 to 100! They are very welcoming to all customers. Will definitely be back to shop at this location

Pendleton at the Shasta Gateway in Anderson California is a really nice store. Good sized, with a great selection of beautiful Pendleton product. This store has a friendly staff, it's clean and organized. They also have some amazing sales. You can always find something. Of course they also have the newest, and current Pendleton offerings as well as a clearance section. Highly recommended.

Quality. Pure quality. Every last thing in this place is made so well and will last a lifetime - or more. Yes, it can be on the expensive side, but it's so worth it for the quality. You're going to find the perfect coat that you can wear and your grandchildren can wear when the style circles back around again - it will last! Excellent blankets too! The craftsmanship that's put into everything here speaks volumes.
