Great customer service. The staff was very attentive and made sure to call us and let us know if a jacket of a different color could be ordered. Their leather and suede jackets are so beautiful. I love the variety of colors and styles. I also got a cute sun hat there (although a but pricey). I'm going to come back when it cools down and get myself a leather jacket (such soft leather, too!). They also have great quality mid-range tops and pants.

I received good customer service in the store. I was treated like I shopped there every day while it was only my first time in the store. The clothing selection is just enough to get some warm or cool clothing according to the weather. The clothing in the store is beautiful.

For those who proclaim the place is "not Family-friendly" in a few of these reviews, I would say that's because the store has HIGH-end, expensive, damageable clothing and Leathers. NOT the place for out of control, not well-behaved young kids. As so many are these days due to lack of Parental supervision.....bring them w/ you over to your next shopping trip @ Wal-Mart. Love the store. Great staff, friendly, Hometown. NOT the place for kids!!

I had the BEST experience shopping at Parts Unknown in Eureka Springs! The inventory was fantastic -- surprising for a small town -- and the two sales people were friendly, helpful and made me feel special. I ended up buying a pair of shoes that were displayed in the window. So glad I stopped in. I only wish I could move this store to Kansas City!

I had the worst experience at this store. Do not waste your time at this store if you are not white!! I had family members visiting from out of town and you could tell the staff was in high alert following us everywhere. I felt so uncomfortable that I finally confronted a staff member directly & told her there was no need for her to follow us everywhere since I did not planned on stealing.

Was visiting eureka springs from tulsa and my children where in the store looking at things and trying them on to maybe buy and a worker came up and was very rude and called my children broke and that they should shop somewhere across the street. Very unwelcoming and very rude.she is very lucky she didn't say that infront of their parents. We will never go in there again
