I really used to enjoy living here for the past five years but the new management has been really uncooperative when it comes to fixing issues within the complex. Before the new management I never had any issues at all living here. I have an EXTREMELY loud neighbor who has a 70-80 pound dog that makes noise every single morning starting around 5:30 AM doing “zoomies” around the apartment and picking up and dropping toys all over. After that, from 8:30AM-11:00AM every weekday the dog barks and howls endlessly. For about five whole months now (since July 2024) I have been emailing, gone in person into the office, and talked on the phone with the leasing manager here but it is always just excuse after excuse for the other resident. I honestly believe that the leasing manager is friends with the resident at this point and won’t bring down the hammer on her. I have not slept a full nights rest in FIVE WHOLE MONTHS! And no matter how many emails I send nothing is ever done. This is unlivable! I planned on living in this complex until I was done with my schooling but I for real cannot function as a human being due to how loud this dog is and the leasing office doesn’t seem to give a single crap. Move her out of that dang apartment already! Nobody wants to live underneath a 75+ pound dog that is loud as heck! You can move me out and have someone else move in but they will say the same exact thing! I have had tons of upstairs neighbors with big dogs before at this complex but this is out of control and nothing is being done to resolve it.

The most wonderful "Divorced Dad" apartment complex I've run across in my life so far...The ladies up front are understanding and kind. Privacy is catered to as well as every amenity one might need right at one's fingertips.

I recently toured Parc at Bentonville, and I had a fantastic experience. Cenorina, the wonderful lady who showed me around, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She made sure to answer all of my questions and gave me a great overview of the community and its amenities.

The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, with modern features and thoughtful layouts. I was especially impressed by pool, because I love me some ☀️ time just the overall atmosphere of the community felt welcoming and pleasant.

I highly recommend checking out Parc Bentonville and asking for Cenorina if you're looking for a thorough and informative tour!

I have to update my previous review of Parc. While my initial experience with the management was quite challenging—characterized by unresponsiveness, frequent manager changes, and unexpected lease modifications—the situation has improved.

I am pleased to share that the new manager, Serena, has made a world of difference. She has been responsive ensuring that communication is clear and timely. Serena’s dedication to resolving issues has been evident.

Amazing experience! Went in for a tour and Evelyn was so great! She was so kind and super helpful. I don’t know a whole lot about renting, this is my first time and she has made the whole experience enjoyable! Highly recommend!!
