I see Marian Brock-Andersen and she is truly the best. She listened when I told her what had worked for my health issues in the past, she gets prescription refills sent in same day, and most importantly she makes me feel comfortable and free of judgment. The front office staff are always kind and prompt as well. I saw Dr. Katz once 7 years ago at a different location when I had just moved to Arizona and he was helpful in getting me on appropriate medications as well as finding a way to make the visit and meds most cost effective as I was jobless at the time. Highly suggest this office and these providers.

Dr. Johnson and his staff are by far the best you could ever wish for. They are caring, they don't rush you through the appointment, they explain everything thoroughly, and Dr. Johnson himself is the most intelligent, well prepared, and well rounded doctor I have ever met. You will be in excellent care if you choose this practice! I have been going there for well over 20 years.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Johnson and his staff, especially with Brooke Spalt. They always have timely availability for either in-person or tele-med visits. The staff has been responsive, kind, helpful, compassionate, and informative. This even relates to the accounting staff, which does not happen often with other medical facilities.

A few of the practitioners are great, but most of their medical, admin and call center staff are consistently terrible, mean/dismissive to patients, and give patients blatantly incorrect medical information especially regarding disease prevention and care. Yikes.

Update: they appear to have improved their admin staff and customer service so I increased my rating. Unfortunately some of their best practitioners have relocated.

He always listens carefully and helped me with any medical problem I have had...He is the best anyone could ask for in a Doctor!! If you have been searching as I did for several years you can stop. Dr. Johnson has never let me down!!! I am an elderly woman and hope to see Dr. Johnson in the years to come.....He has truly "kept me going." His staff is excellent also and very caring! I was told I hadn't been seen there since 2018 and I had missed two appointments, one in 2017 and the other in 2022, and now I have been dropped from their practice. I remember seeing a physician's assistant during the pandemic but they show no record of my appointment. I am a a veteran who is in a lot of pain from two ruptured discs and now I am without a primary physician or practice to meet my medical needs. The lesson I learned today is don't miss two appointments in six years and be sure to see them often, otherwise it's not financially worth their time.
