I received my order last night unfortunately the 500 toothbrushes didn’t have my logo on them after attempting to contact Paradise promotions I keep getting an answering machine telling me that they’ll have limited hours because it’s the end of the year😳 it’s May 29. Laura, I found another number and that one tells me if I press any key. I’ll get $100 off my next order which leads me to more garbage. This is my first and last time ordering from this company. I have now called my credit card company and have disputed the charge.

Only giving 1 star because negative 5 stars is not an option.
We ordered $500 dollars worth of promo pens for our family business and two months later still no order, and no return calls from direct sales rep.
Never had an issue before, but I will not be ordering from them again, and I caution anyone considering ordering.
Tried to call the company and the answering machine immediately picks up and hasn't been updated since before new years. Answering machine message makes excuse that they are a family run company and they are operating with limited staff for the "last few weeks of the year".
I own a family run business and we have no issue updating answering machines or answering calls, nor with delivering product when promised AND paid for.

I'm still waiting on my custom pocket knives made in the USA. It's been almost a year now. You guys tried to deliver them against my instructions while I was out of town working. I want my $300+ returned asap!! Chris, you've really let me down! After so many good years!

If you want pushy people who don’t take no for an answer, choose these guys! Told them I just ordered pens and to send me an email and they said “what if I cut it by $20 and basically give it away”. Don’t let them produce for you, and don’t call me again.

I have told these guys over and over and over in the course of 2 months to stop calling because I had already purchased some products. So with this recent call and me trying to explain to him that I still don't need anything and saying that his stuff keeps our doors open I let him have a good string of unfriendly words about it. He asked me if I kissed my mother with that mouth and said yea, and yours too before hanging up. Hopefully that will take me off the list since nothing else will!

One star is way to much for this company to deserve!! The telemarketer was so rude and disgusting!!
They keep calling even when told not to, hang up on staff at my business. I have looked them up all over and every complaint is the same as to what happened to my staff members. I called there office finally talked to a young lady and she gave me the excuse that all the reviews I read describing my same experience was just their competitors do that to make them look bad. No I don't believe it for a minute. They are horrible and obviously don't know how to run a business if these are the type of people they have working for them.

Over the last 3 years, I have received about 25 phone calls from this company saying the exact same thing: We have a new product, and a bad joke and we'll be out of your hair. I have asked them every single time to take me off of their calling list and 1 month later, the same thing happens. Every # that they have called from does not except incoming calls. This is so ridiculous. Learn how to do business the honest way instead of harassing everyone. What a joke.

This company is a joke and a nuisance.! They have been repeatedly told not to bother our office personal again. They continue to call and call and call.! Yesterday they left the most obscene message at out office using profanity I can not believe. They asked why we keep avoiding them and hanging up the line when they call. It is very simple why. Your company is a joke. Plain and simple. I have saved the message and will be reporting them and their clan of goons to the FCC.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.!!
