Probably the worst PacSun store in AZ. The selection of clothes is fine but not worth it. I was looking for my son and stopped to ask the girl in the back by the dressing rooms if she by chance knew which one he was in. Before I could even finish she rudely interrupted me to tell me there was whole line of people waiting behind me. I again proceeded to tell her I was only looking for my son. She with such an attitude said I don’t know what your son looks like (please keep in mind he was the only boy in the dressing rooms). I honestly don’t know how this person has a job. She is so incredibly rude and disrespectful. I walked away from her only to look for my son and she immediately couldn’t help but to keep things going and start talking about me. Little did she know she was doing this in front my husband. My husband saw her and simply told her she was just asking you a question and told her there was no reason to be rude. This person needs to be fired! She never stopped talking either. Kept her mouth running the whole time we were in the store. I can’t imagine PacSun would continue to overlook the terrible complaints. For anyone needing to know it’s a girl with ratty hair in pigtails and really dark thick eyeliner around her eyes. By no means cared about her appearance and not fit to have a job. Don’t know her name but boy her parents need to teach her some manners. This was around 3pm on Sunday 11/17/24.

I never leave reviews but wow. The girls working were incredibly rude and have horrible attitudes. They walk around giving customers dirty looks and are completely annoyed to be asked anything. I simply asked about a shirts size and was ignored. When I asked again I was given a rude attitude. I couldn’t believe the lack of customer service in such a nice establishment. I was going to purchase a few items but decided not to after the way I and my family were treated. This was September 5th around 7:15pm.

Absolutely would never shop here again. Came to pick up an online order , and as I’m stretching it out to see if it’ll fit my husband the worker rudely asks “excuse me did you guys pay for that “ as if I didn’t have a giant receipt stapled to the bag. Next time check nicely before accusing someone of stealing . Terrible service!

Just shopped here. Live way in North Scottsdale and after getting home realized the security tag was not removed from the pants I purchased. Was told to go back to a PAC Sun with my receipt and they will remove. Total inconvenience.

Went in for a quick buy and the cashier was super nice and made an experience that would have otherwise been mundane, actually very pleasant. We are in town just for a few hours and asked for recommendations and he pointed us towards Old Town and the restaurants there. His name is Harrison and he was super sweet and helped us have a better experience visiting Scottsdale. Thank you, Harrison!

Clothing looked cute, but poor customer service. When I went to find a store employee to unlock a fitting room, she was sitting there taking selfies on her phone. She took me to a fitting room that had clothes strewn around in it and said, “here you go, you can use this one.” Not sure if things have changed but in other stores I’ve gone to, store employees make sure there are no clothes just lying in a fitting room, especially if there about to put another person in it. Not to mention the floors were filthy in the fitting room (yes it’s concrete so it isn’t just the color floor). Overall not impressed.
