I was about to buy a bedroom suit and was walking around. I came across some mold and it appears that every bedroom suit that I came across had signs of bed beg infestations.

I went and purchased a mattress from them. It was from my understanding it was a new mattress. When I finally get the mattress and have it lifted up getting ready to place it on my bed, the mattress looked like it was wet, almost like someone had tried to clean it. It left this red hue and water stains at the bottom with a sticker that says sanitize. So, it was never a new mattress. I have called their customer service line several times. The first time I called I did receive a call back, just for me to get information from the representative that they had to contact their manager to see what to do. I never got a call back. At this point, they have scammed me out of my money.

Should have known better than to buy anything at this place. The people are from Laredo Texas, should have taken note of red flags. Paid to have furniture delivered and was told delivery would be between noon and 3pm. Went by store just before closing at 5:30pm to find out what happened. The sales guy CALLED the delivery person who was supposedly on his way back from Hartselle. So I came home to wait. Got a call at 10:30PM that they would arrive in 15 mins. WHAT So they show up at almost 11pm and argue full delivery payment claiming it was my fault for not being home earlier and that I had asked for them to come late. Lies! That was on a Saturday night/Sunday morning! By Wednesday the headrest to the loveseat stopped working!! No number to call!! They were supposedly closing down the store. That was mid April. Today May 3rd I went to big lots on university and the place has just moved across the parking lot and is still open!! Buyer beware!!!!

They are a great spot for shoppers with a style or quality standard, but also a stringent budget.
The staff was attentive and informative. Also, even more important, they were willing to admit what they weren't sure about, or didn't know, and promptly find the answer to questions.
The stock seems to include living area furniture, beds, dining area furniture, and definitely some great deals of some fairly nice mattresses.
Only issue issue is today they were less stocked up than what I'd hoped.
They did inform me that they had a shipment on the way
Other furniture may be in stock, but I only wrote about what I noticed.

I bought my first set of "big girl furniture" here and it was a great experience. The salesman was really nice and helpful. He really listened to what I wanted and was able to take me straight to the type of things I described. They offer delivery (which we did not use because I was moving hours away), but they still loaded everything up on the uhaul truck for us. They had excellent prices and great quality products.

Update! As I thought, they were having a big freight day on my last visit. I went again last week and there was a lot more stuff out. Picked up an awesome leather couch set for a really good price. Really friendly and helpful staff on this visit too.

Had a really big selection in the past, but on my last visit it was mostly boxed and shrink-wrapped furniture. It was hard to tell where I could go and what was actually available. Had great experiences in the past, so maybe I just caught them in a resupply moment.
