Get a recall on a part for your car, then can’t get through to the service department to get an appointment.
Can’t leave a message because their voicemail is full. What do they do when they finally get tired of listening to phone ring? They pick up, then hang up without saying anything.
Honestly wasnt going to give a bad review because everyone has bad days, but this happened last week. But here we are a week later and they still won’t answer

Had an issue with a tire losing air and they got everything fixed now and the wait wasn't too long. The waiting room also has various drinks, the occasional popcorn if it's made, employees are all helpful and friendly. Overall a great/helpful experience.
