They are transparent with items they take and don't take. Though they only took a small percentage of what I brought in, I was pleasantly surprised I got more $ than I thought I would. Brought in an item I never got to use (practically new) - the guy (assuming a boss man) thanked me and told me what they will sell it for and what they would give me. Which was nice! Clearing your babies' items is not always easy. Lots of great items ... if I didn't have stuff already I would probably be a frequent shopper 🤭

So I've literally been to this store like 6 to 7 times already . Sold tons of my items and toys and also went to shop . I do not have one negative thing to say . Sometimes when I get home, and wish I would have gotten a little more for the things I gave, but when I go to shop everything is so cheap and affordable and it makes me happy to contribute to that. Then I can get my kids affordable clothes. The staff is absolutely amazing! The best thrift in town. My kids love the book selection and don't feel scared to look around. The staff are friendly and interact very well with customers and my kids even my little one who can be wild at times I didn't get one negative look or comment . Thank you for being such a great place to shop for my kids ! ❤️

The owners are so kind and sweet!! Makes me love this store even more. The staff is always super friendly and the store has everything you could need for your baby for an amazing price! I even sold some items for some great cash. Highly recommend this store if you have kids !

I don't normally leave reviews, but decided this store was worth it. This was their opening weekend and they were super busy, but ALL of the staff was still so friendly! The store is great and definitely worth checking out 🤗

I also wanted to add they chatted with my daughter as well, which is also nice to see adults who treat children as someone worth their time. Kind people. We will definitely be back!

If you are going to just buy, it's great. That have a good selection of things. But if you want to sell items, don't expect to receive much. We brought in two large bags filled with stuff that was all good condition plus some never worn, new adolescent sizes vans. They took the vans and a few clothing items and gave us $7 total for all of it. I was baffled at how much they low balled. Especially for that price to include the shoes. I also would expect that the trade value would be more than the cash value, and they do it so it's the same.

Super nice folks! The owners took their time to go over EVRYTHING I brought in, and not to mention the workers. They truly hand picked these folks because they are GOD SENT! Super kind and always with a smile, always working Super hard. And not to mention AMAZING customer service I have EVER received! I'm so glad to say I WILL be shopping here again!

This place is joke when it comes to selling your kids items. They have a list on their website of name brand clothes they take, I made sure to take barely used clothes no stains, no rips nor tears, no fading and they only took like 16 items of mine and offered 11.00 I get it they need to make a profit. But, why state on the website that your open to all brands when realistically you just want name brand fancy items? I will unfortunately not be back it’s better to donate then try to sell your kids clothes here because you won’t make any profit. The girl whom also helped me also wasn’t very nice, she had no customer service skills, no emotions whatsoever it’s like she was unhappy to help me then how customer service should be…. Of course corporate company’s are all about the money.

This place hasn't opened to sell yet and I am already so disappointed. I took my baby clothes in to sell and they took almost an hour longer than they said they would and then claimed the clothes smelled of dirty diaper, but that they liked some items and mentioned to bring it back. Meanwhile some of the stuff on their racks looks dirty and in bad shape. The clothes I took in was clean and practically brand new and they handled it a bin that keeps getting reused for person after person trying to sell. So I had to take it home to wash it and look to see if they didn't just steal some of it. Horrible experience
