Our favorite consignment store for kids clothes ! They can be super picky, especially on clothes, though. But we have had great luck with both bringing in outgrown kids' clothes and shoes along with books and some toys. They give you cash the same day, usually in under an hour. I also bring my kids here for back to school or holiday clothes. They have sales often and the prices are good. They have a huge selection of kids' shoes too, which we love!

It was my very first time ever using this place and it will be my last! I brought in 4 toys and 30 items of clothing, all were name brand, some had never been worn and some were full set outfits. I walked out with all the clothing I took into the store and one toy that ironically was the only toy that had never been used by my child, it just had never had batteries put in it because it was brand new. I made $16 off of 3 toys. This was a waste of time, gas and money.

I shop here every few months, bring in the old and find the new while they sort through it. Love using my store credit to get cloths for the babies. Always in good condition.

After shopping everywhere, I do from boutiques to TJ Maxx too Carter’s, etc. you can walk in here and I promise you you’re spending more than you will at Ross etc. ridiculous $10 For a bib…. The store is supposed to be intended to be cheaper. Nike outfits are $16? TJ Maxx they’re 12.99 brand new.

I have brought in a lot of stuff to the Bentonville location, and they're super nice. Also, they take more there.
The Fayetteville location is awful, the customer service, and buying 2 things out of 50 pieces and offer $3. Every time I come to this location they only buy 2 or 3 things. When a lot of the clothing has been worn once or twice with no stains, and no rips or anything. They have told me that the things that they didn't take was wear and tear or stains, and they still had tags on the clothing.

The bathroom is awful, it's smells like an old diaper, every time I've come here it's like that. And there literal poop splatters on the wall.

Edit to reply to owners reply: respectfully that’s not my job to do those things. Please appropriately train your staff to look out for those issues. I wouldn’t expect a customer to come in and do my associates jobs. The manager I spoke with on the phone said yall have a lot of new people who are not being trained properly. Hope yall fix because the community doesn’t have good things to say about this store at all.

Lots of dirty stained things. Also items new with tags in them but the OUAC tags are priced higher than original tags. Make it make sense. I showed a local group what I found and all of the people agreed that this place is just not what it used to be. They are very over priced. They have Walmart clothes priced higher than Walmart does when it is brand new. This is like goodwill for kids clothes. I shop here to find good deals and save money. I would avoid this location or maybe any locations.

This location is a joke as well. EVERYTHING is way overpriced.. I can get brand NEW clothes at Old Navy when they have sales compared to this place. Like wanting $12-15 for a Dress for a baby? People seriously go to Old Navy they have sales all the time. The people who work here are the RUDEST customer service I have ever encountered. No friendliness or kindness. You know coming in here I had a tremendously hard day prior to this and I always enjoy shopping for clothes for my girls, to brighten my day but I will not be back here…

Great place for kids clothing and accessories, from shoes to clothing, toys, books, carriers and miscellaneous trinkets. They also buy everything for cash or credit. The help is great mostly ladies working the counter and will assist with what you need. If this help give me a thumbs up
