The staff at Olive Queen Creek are superb. They provided a personalized, caring experience from start to finish. Christine was so responsive in my initial inquiry for a unit - breaking down the costs, availability and times to view the model (with such flexibility). Lindsay was like a personal hotel concierge during the leasing process! She delivered supreme client care and customer service that made me feel not only taken care of but like I was at home with family. She accommodated all my questions and requests and genuinely wanted to ensure I had the best experience possible. Also, I am a single mom and this property is so safe and secured (gated), plus I know there are caring, thoughtful people like Christine, Lindsay and Jolene, the property manager, who are there to help. It was just a bonus that the units are gorgeous, well-crafted and huge (with every appliance and amenity). I feel like I’m in my own little house. I am so happy with my decision to move to Olive Queen Creek 💚

I love the Olive @ Queen Creek! These are technically “apartments” but look and feel like a house. They also have backyards which is SOO hard to find. The staff Lindsay (Assistant Mgr) & Jolene (Mgr) go above and beyond. I also love the Maintenance Manager but I can’t remember his name at the moment. These homes are made with quality materials, work orders are done FAST, safe area and close to everything.

Small apartments and no assigned parking if you have multiple people living in the unit. Lots of crazy drivers that speed through the complex. Dogs barking at night. People chain smoking in their backyards. Really overpriced for what you get and if you want to extend your rental to a month to month it's nearly doubled in price. I was going to stay for an extra month so I could move into my new home when complete, but they wanted $5k for an additional month. Garage door opener rarely worked...had to constantly play with it to get it to open.

I feel like we found the perfect place for a rental while we're waiting on our new house. We found a perfect 3 bedroom at a reasonable price right in the heart of all the good stuff in Queen Creek. Christine, Lindsay, and the entire staff have been amazing, super responsive, and helpful throughout the rental process. We just finished moving in, and I'm glad to be home! 😃

I want to give a special thanks to the staff of Olive Queen Creek! Property Manager, Jolene, and Assistant manager Lindsey... These two have patiently helped me through this process of inquiring a new apartment.. The very first time I stepped foot in the leasing office, I was met with kindness and friendliness! One of my pet peeves I look for when dealing with people.. And these two are very assertive and will work diligently to help and assist you through your apartment search... The apartments are quiet and clean, and very beautiful, inside and out! Thank you Lindsay, & Jolene!

Update: after over 2 years of living here, we made the decision to take the next step in our life. So hard to say bye. The price for the location was awesome. Our lease renewal offer was reasonable. And the community is awesome. I wanted to give a shout out to Jolene. She has been here since the complex went under new management and has done such an amazing job keeping Olive Queen Creek a great place to live. We will certainly miss living here!

We moved in right before the management change and let me say, this new management is AWESOME! Always willing to answer questions and give honest info. They are great with sending community notifications and are always making decisions that are in best interest to the residents. They are really striving to make sure we get what we are paying for! The maintenance team is awesome as well, our AC went out while we were away and the maintenance team arrived within an hour and got it all back up and running. Our neighbors are respectful and never have any issues. The residents are kind. If we decide to leave, it will be very hard to do so!

My boyfriend moved in almost two months ago and has a neighbor behind him that lets his dogs bark/howl from 6am-10am almost everyday and can’t even go into his own backyard without the dogs barking. He reported this to the front several weeks ago and nothing has been done. Residents should not be allowed to install doggy doors if they can’t control their dog throughout the day. It’s such a disturbance and has been going on since the first week of him living there.
