Excelente hogar fuera del hogar. Debimos viajar por trabajo y pasamos unos días hermosos en compañía de Kate y Kevin, excelentes anfitriones que nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Un lugar muy cálido en medio del frio Caribou, sabrosos desayunos y mejor compañía. Sigan así, con el detalle puesto en cada cosa y al servicio permanente del viajero. Hugo, Javier y Roberto.

This was our first experience with a Bed And Breakfast and it was wonderful - very clean, and cozy. The breakfast was also great and the iron collection outstanding! Kate and Kevin are great hosts and know a lot about the area. We would highly recommend this location.

A very nice B&B with welcoming hosts. The rooms were spotless, the breakfasts delicious & the location very convenient. A grocery store just across the street is always nice for things you have forgotten to bring or ran out of on the trip. The room we stayed in, The Rose Room, was lovely. I have decided every bathroom should have a built in shelf. It made it so easy to keep our toiletries organized & easy to access, but out of the way! Also, the absolute softest, gigantic towels!!!! Kate truly is THE MUFFIN QUEEN!! She even takes requests. The only criticism would be a lack of AC in the rooms. But, it wouldn’t be needed often. We just managed to hit at unseasonably warm patch. And, after the sun went down, the ceiling fan was adequate.
While in the area, you must eat at Burger Boy & visit Monica’s Scandinavian Gifts.

We had such a fun and comfortable stay at The Old Iron Inn! Kevin and Kate were wonderful hosts and our room was very clean. Breakfast was amazing every day, and really was my favorite part! Very safe and relaxing, we would love to stay again!

Kate and Kevin are wonderful hosts! My sister and I arrived in Presque Isle on a Saturday evening and they were happy to accommodate us without a reservation. Kevin helped with our heavy suitcase and Kate was very welcoming. The beds are comfortable and the shower is hot. Breakfast was delicious both days and Kate makes the best muffins I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend staying here and I’m looking forward to my next visit!!

Kate and Kevin are great hosts. The home has plenty of historic charm and the collection of old irons is intriguing. Before watching a few of Kevin's YouTube videos, I never knew there were gasoline and coal irons! Their location is easily within walking distance of the grocery store or restaurants. Accommodations are comfy, and even though I'm traveling and don't usually eat breakfast, Kate made me a brown bag breakfast to take with me on the road. I would definitely recommend Old Iron Inn.

Charming B&B with actual hosts (vs. Air B&B) who are very personable. Ideally located in Caribou with easy access to everything in town. Clean and very comfortable rooms. The bed and pillows were perfect. The breakfasts I had were delicious. I was even treated to strawberry muffins and the strawberries were fresh picked from the patch right out front!

Kevin and Kate are truly wonderful and dedicated hosts and Mainers. The physical accommodations are warm, welcoming and more than adequate for a comfortable stay (especially during the winter!). With your stay you also receive a delicious breakfast, of which the muffins were some of the best I’ve ever had and plenty of additional items to start your day. The conversations had were equally as exciting as the town of Caribou as the hosts are full of local knowledge and can answer questions till your hearts desire or till you’re too tired to keep asking after a long day of exploring like us!
