Our company has been a loyal customer of OfficeMax for years, spending tens of thousands of dollars annually on conference and event printing. Until recently, our experiences—especially working with Shelly—had always been excellent. However, our recent interaction with Sierra was so egregiously unprofessional that we will no longer be doing business with your store.

Sierra’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional and outright hostile. Her nasty attitude and complete disregard for customer service were unacceptable. Frankly, I was so taken aback by her behavior that it elicited an uncharacteristic angry response from me, something I regret.

What I do not regret, however, is deciding to take our business elsewhere.

Out of principle, we cannot continue to support a company that tolerates such appalling customer treatment.

This experience has made it clear that OfficeMax is no longer a reliable partner for our business needs.

The woman at the Print Shop was rude, inconsiderate and unhelpful. Ended up not getting the print job done there. Then I purchased some printer ink which is advertised $13 cheaper online than is marked in the store. I asked the checkout clerk for the advertised price which he wholeheartedly agreed to. However, he had to call the Print Shop woman over to enter her security code. She was quite obviously put out at having to come to the register, tutted, made faces, stomped her feet and made the entire experience unpleasant for me and the checkout clerk. In my opinion she should be fired for such crude and disrespectful behavior!

It's a small town with lot's of local printers, I would recommend Allegra or A&E to anyone looking for an outstanding printer.

I had a disappointing experience with an employee named Sierra during a recent visit to OfficeMax. Over the phone, her tone came across as condescending, downright rude, and very unhelpful, which left a negative impression. Upon arriving at the store, I observed that she remained seated and did not acknowledge customers waiting at the counter. Instead, she required them to approach her where she was sitting, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, her lack of willingness to assist further reinforced an unwelcoming atmosphere.

I hope OfficeMax takes this feedback seriously to ensure employees uphold professional standards and provide a more positive experience for customers.

Office Max / Office Depot in Prescott is a pleasure to do business with. I have had excellent customer service there every time I go. This past week I picked up a desk and some office supplies for my home business. Bob was the associate who helped me find what I needed. He was polite, knowledgeable and eager to please. It is employees like Bob that will keep me coming back.

I had to drive to the store, I Even brought the item I needed to replace, showed both the pen and the refill. The guy ordered the wrong one! He had the refill! Now I have to drive all the way back (30-40 minutes) to replace a $6 item!!!

we were in need of a new printer. Office max has the biggest selection of printers in the area, 2 entire aisles of them and all models out so you can see them. Staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. We have always bought HP printers but their ink cartridges are so pricey. We went with a Brothers printer this time. The Staff recommended it. We have been very happy with it and ink cartridges cost way less than the HP ones. and if you bring in your used cartridges, Office Max will give you a $2 credit per cartridges
