This complex requires that we put in work orders by email or a portal, and when we do so, the two maintenance guys are great at fixing things promptly and are always friendly and polite. I've lived here for over three years and have no complaints about the buildings themselves, love the landscaping and like calling it my home.

We have lived at Mountain Vista for almost a year and here is what we have noticed. We got a fully furnished apartment; the space is terrible. Two weeks after we moved in, the coffee pot that was here burned up, the dishwasher never fully drains, and the top rack doesn’t clean at all, and it disconnected from the counter, so it was just sitting there. They were painting our door as we were moving in. The office staff is rude. There are other people that put in maintenance requests over a year ago and they still have not done anything. They only have 2 maintenance people to handle this whole complex. The people who live here are nosey and loud. The dryers are always out of order and the laundry room is never clean. The gate to the pool was broken for months before they finally fixed it and now the other gate, they took off the lock so now anyone can get in. We have seen a lot of ovens being changed out because they are dying along with ours. You can’t adjust the vents for the air conditioner, so it just faces one way and even though its legal there are people that smoke weed on property even though its not allowed anywhere on this property. This place is not worth what they charge. Also, the property manager Katrina is rude, pretty much does what she wants to do. One day while my husband was working at home she almost forced her way behind me to get into my apartment. The complex is infested with roaches. The day we moved in I was putting stuff in a cabinet and both shelves were covered with green mildew, I had to scrub what I could away. STAY AWAY!

I moved to mountain vista apartments June 15th 2024, I like it here. Any maintenance issues I have had was taken care of right away. Apartments are going to have issues unless they are brand new. The locks on the pool area need to be upgraded, but that’s not a big issue for me.

Nice place to live. Big trees, grass, plenty of parking, NON SMOKING PROPERTY, and nice sidewalks to your door. Office manager is wonderful, and very attentive. Maintenance is great, knowledgeable, and very prompt.

We have lived here for 4 months now and we love it here. The grounds, pool, laundry are nice and clean. Katrina the manager and her office help are very helpful. The maintenance crew is fantastic. Every time we have needed something fixed, Katrina, gets maintenance right on it. We have never had to wait longer than 24 hours for the problem to get fixed. We love the grounds, it is beautiful here!!! Our neighbors are great, no problems so far. Nice and quiet here!!!

I love my apartment. The boys Steve and David work really hard to help you with any mattence emergency . The grounds are lovely and the area is quite . There were some bad apples living here but they take care of the situation .

Stay away, Drug Dealers and Addits all over complex, and Management condones it.. Renters don't take care about their dogs, they leave them outside to bark and deficate on their patios. I had to see and smell this everyday as came and left my apartment(See Pic). Homeless people use and sleep in laundry room. Patios have root and mold, was afraid I was gonna fall through if I stepped outside. GFi power outlets in bathroom and kitchen painted over. Management waited till move-in to wash carpets, set me back 2 days, and didn't clean apartment, and said they did. Stay Away
