Only reason there is a star is so I can leave this review. The bed was junk. Old spring your mattress from the 80s. Sheets was nasty stained up and obviously not put through the clothes washer. Bugs jumping around. The ceiling had what looked like mold/mildew stains on it at least in my lower level room. Walls had some very poor quality patch work done. Location in the middle of town. People running up and down and all over at all hours of the night. Fire alarm went off at 3am for no reason. Heat and air unit was insanely loud. Pictures make the rooms look nice but don't be fooled.

Not a bad hotel but if people needs to stay here long term it's a bit pricey. I think they need to make it more affordable for the long term residents people living there. I think there should only be a one time pet deposit and not charge a hundred dollars pet month. Hubby and I lived here with our dog. Make it more affordable to live in. Would live there again if the prices were lowered a little bit.

Perhaps a 1 star rated motel. Fresh towels daily. Bed was never refresh during my five day stay. Noisy at night. Long term residents present. Great location for me. On my very last night stay discovered roaches present. Put your shoes up.... apparently it's like a private home to them.

Folk's this is not a regular hotel, it has permanent residency in about half the rooms, while it is nice that folk's have somewhere to go. They should tell you this!! Bed was old spring mattress very uncomfortable!! We had a Roach run up the wall... I will say nice place for your pet to walk...staff friendly...they charged us 13.00 more than online price and then another 15.00 late check out 2 pm

RJ & his wife work Wonders with our CHURCHES too help our homeless to keep them up in a warm place!! I had NO BED BUGS...AND SOMEONE MENTIONED SEEING ROCHES ON THIS SITE..IVE SEEN ROUCHES IN BRAND NEW PLACES!! THANK YOU SO MUCH RJ & FAMILY & CREW🙌🙌🙌
