I booked a room here during a cross country road trip. When I got there the girl (Jay) found my reservation but said it should up as priceline on her end. Sketchy since I booked it through super.com which took it upon themselves to sign me up for a membership without my authorization (149.00). That's another story, but anyway she ran our card for 100.00 deposit even though we paid cash...which she gave back when we left. We ended up leaving after about 10 minutes due to cockroaches in the room. When we left she said we would need to talk to her manager in the morning for the refund on the room, but gave us a phone number for super.com. We are still trying to get the money back. Super.com hasn't been much help with that either. Don't stay at this place.

I just want to share my experience with this Hotel, and start with how amazing the manager working on Jan. 05 was (I wish I could recall his name). My teenage son was doing a 30 hr. drive. Not knowing how far he would make it each day, he would let me know he was ready to stop, and I would book a room about an hour ahead.
I used a travel service to book a room for him, shortly after I received a conformation stating that the person staying had to have the same name and card used to book the reservation, in addition, There was a $150 reserve, that would need to be paid by him in person, and that the reservation was non-refundable.
In a panic, I contacted the manager, explained my situation which he was more than helpful with.
He assured me my son's room would be available for him, and that due to the circumstance, he would be willing to waive the deposit.
He was still working when my son arrived, he welcomed him, and even had a discussion regarding the whether, his route, and safety concerns.
I was so pleased, relieved, and grateful for his help and concern.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Motel 6 in Conway, AR, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Situated right off of interstate 40 in Conway, Motel 6 offers both convenience and economy pricing. This motel is unlike any other Motel 6.

Service:
Motel 6 was impeccable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and attentive hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. They were always available to assist with any requests, offering thoughtful and personalized service without being intrusive.

Accommodations:
My room was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The plush bedding and high-quality linens made for an incredibly comfortable night's sleep. The attention to detail was evident.

Dining:
The dining options plenty nearby.

Overall Experience:
My stay at Motel 6 Conway was nothing short of perfect. The combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and outstanding facilities made it a truly unforgettable experience. I can't rate this place. If you want an honest opinion. We got there and the counter person seemed annoyed. Then she ran my card 3x and I have multiple charges on my account I'm dealing with. You have to pay a $100 deposit for your room. We'll, she swiped it and said it didn't go through so she did it again. Now, I'm waiting to try to get the $$$ back. Will never recommend this place.
Oh, and the room..well it looked liked blood stains all over the box springs under the mattress. Like someone was murdered and they tried to clean it.
