Every single person I worked with was so nice and helpful. It was a long process, but it didn't feel that way, and multiple team members stayed late to help get me into the car I wanted. Andy the used car manager is great. A portion of service was neglected on a used car we purchased, causing a check engine light to come on 2 weeks after we bought our Atlas. Andy worked with us to cover the service (when VW CPO warranty refused to.... whole other story). I would buy another vehicle from Morong solely on the AMAZING sales staff.
There is a big HOWEVER, However. Robert, the service advisor offered to meet us in Brunswick to save some time and take our vehicle straight back to Falmouth. Instead, he ended up commuting in our vehicle without permission to his house over 40 miles in the opposite direction, putting over 100 miles extra on our car we didn't know about. I have an issue with a service advisor straight up lying about what he is doing with our vehicle and THEN to top that all off, the car had ZERO fuel in it when we picked it up. We are EXTREMELY disappointed with the service department, and I don't like being lied to. To top this all off, we were hosed on an oil change, I'm surprised liquid gold wasn't poured into our engine based on the price we paid.

I just purchased a new 2024 VW GTI from Morong Falmouth. I have nothing but the highest praise for the staff that facilitated my purchase. From Sales Consultant Jeff Goebel (from whom I had purchased a 2015 VW GTI 10 years prior) who advised and arranged my purchase and showed me the many exciting features of my new car, to Business Manager Dan Dunham who worked with me to complete all of the paperwork for my trade-in and the purchase of my new car, and finally to VW Service Consultant Joel Arel who worked with me to promptly get my new winter snow tires mounted and balanced on my second set of rims and then put on my new vehicle before the next Maine winter storm. Their professionalism, extensive knowledge, and consideration of my time made the whole experience a breeze. I commend and thank each of them! I also highly recommend Morong Falmouth to my friends and family and anyone else looking for outstanding vehicle sales and service.

I went back for a second time for a reason. Their used cars are priced well, and unlike some other dealerships who try to shake loose every last penny you own.

They did the best they could to get me in & out as fast as they could with friendly staff.
