Today I had my clutch rollers blow 10 miles into our ride. We traveled 3 hours north and spent a large chunk of change on our cabin. I was out a sled and was literally getting ready to drive back home. I showed up first thing in the morning out of desperation. They had a ton going on in there and looked really busy from the long weekend. They said I could drop it off and they’d try and get me back out as soon as possible. They went out of their way and called me back in less than two hours saying she was ready to rip again. They put my new rollers in, and got me my new belt. Sled ran immaculate. If it weren’t for these guys, I would’ve been screwed. 11/10 would recommend to anyone. Great people that have your back. Thank you !!!

I can’t be more happy with my buying experience at Moosehead Motor Sports. Everyone there is very straight forward and a pleasure to deal with. When I went into the store to sign the paperwork I didn’t have my trailer with me. Moosehead Motor Sports went out of there way to deliver the quad to my house. Best part is they delivered it 15 minuets after I signed all the paperwork !!! You cant beat that type of customer service ! I am looking to purchase a snowmobile this year and it will Most definitely be from Moosehead motor sports !

I cannot speak on sales, but they have always been extremely kind to me when needing service or an emergency part. Their service department is extremely knowledgeable in regards to Ski-doo sleds. Even at the busiest of times they have always taken my sled in when I’ve had an emergency problem (even accommodating after business hour drop offs). I appreciate this very much, thank you!

Wonderful customer service, very helpful and no pressure. We went in looking for some information on snowmobiles. The young man that helped us answered all our questions and this being the third place we had stopped at felt comfortable that they listened to what we needed and what would work for us. A week later bought a 2019 Backcountry. We were so pleased with how everything went we went back 2 weeks later and bought a second. Thanks for all the help and advice Jon.
