Recently switched to ethernet internet service and this morning I was having issues (because I had everything on the 2g) and called in. The technician I spoke to helped me switch some of my devices to the faster speed and walked me through making small changes that will help us in the future. He was very helpful and informative. I have always had good interactions with them.

These available channels terrible. No news station(CNN) mostly old days reruns, what’s happening? So disappointed since the takeover, we Need an updated channel line up. Very dissatisfied

Sucks that there is no real cable in Monson. I have DirecTV...moosehead has like 20 channels and 3 of which are nothing. I have fairpoint internet

When are you going to move into the 21st century and add the internet? When are you going to fix those diagonal lines in higher number channels ? What about FX whats the deal with that?
