I spent well OVER $25k and do NOT regret it. I wanted durable, high quality, high end furniture with the ultra modern look for a Vacation Rental that sleeps 16+ people. This furniture is extremely high quality, built to out last you (and your kids) and is made at their site, so adding additional pieces, that match, will not be an issue.
The salesman (Phillip) bent over backwards to accommodate my multiple changing of patterns, colors, and even the furniture designs several times. If there was a 6-star review I’d give that instead of a 5-star.
If you don’t want cheap looking, poor quality furniture go see Phillip.

We were tired of buying patio furniture every few years, because the materials and construction could not last in our harsh weather. Also tired of chasing it into the yard or pool during monsoon season! We decided to check out Molino. We met Steve the owner, he was great! He showed us all the styles and sizes he has on display, then he explained that every piece is custom made to fit what we needed, from the style of the iron to the depth of the seat, even the cushions and everything is made right there in his facility! We like t he thought of buying local! We decided on the "New Yorker" style and then we saw the fire pit he had on display. The base for the fire pit did not match the furniture that we wanted so we asked Steve if he could create a base that did. He said , "yes". After he and I collaborated on a few designs we came up with one that worked. Steve emailed me the prototype before it went to powder coating and it was exactly what we wanted. Steve told us that the whole process would take about 4 to 6 weeks, he delivered it all in about 3 weeks! Then once he noticed where our curved couched were going to live, he suggested armrest pads to avoid burnt arms from then sitting in the direct sun, what a guy! Everything about this furniture is amazing, Molino exceeded our expectations in every way!

It's a nice mom and pop family owned and operated business , It has the best looking and best quality I've seen. They offer a lifetime warranty on the frames and a 5 year warranty on the fabric and foam. The owner sold me the st James collection. It's very comfortable after a long day, coming home to a beautiful, comfortable set. It actually does take the stress off your back. So nice. Thank you it was a pleasure to buy from Steve Molino, the owner, and Phillip. I think everyone should at least try the st James set out for yourself. 2 thumbs up.

Molino Furnishings is was an amazing experience which my family and I are extremely thankful that we took on. We had an extensive furniture order after we had remodeled our backyard this spring. It was challenging to find several different pieces which matched and fit well within the unique space. Although the team had done this project effortlessly and the end product came out beautifully. We are so thrilled with the way our backyard is now the ways in which all the pieces came together beautifully. The service was wonderful and would recommend to all our friends and family who are looking for attractive, durable, and creative furnishings which are wholly custom! We moved from the Midwest and needed to find pool furniture for our new home. We have never had a pool before so this was all new to us. We went to Molino because of their high customer ratings and excellent quality patio and pool furniture. The owner was very nice and helpful and explained all our different options and gave us tips for our first summer in Arizona. We ordered some chaise lounges, a custom umbrella and a curved sectional piece. The quality is fantastic and the chaise lounges are SO comfortable! They even made 3 different deliveries to our home and the delivery guys were friendly and quick. Would definitely recommend Molino Home Furnishings for anyone looking for great quality furniture!

We purchased our outdoor couch a little less than a year ago. We waited many months for it to be ready but this was somewhat to be expected due to COVID. Recently one of the metal supports under the cushions came loose at the weld site. I emailed Steve who said it was still under warranty. I was hopeful but it has been over one month later and I have never heard back from Steve. I left a message on his machine a week ago with no response. I forgot and sat down on the couch and nearly fell through as the other end of the metal strap weld site also became disconnected. This is particularly frustrating because we paid top dollar for what we believed to be quality workmanship. Apparently we were wrong. Hopefully he sees this posting and makes good on his promises. But for now the business gets only a one star review.

I would highly recommend Molino's next time you're looking for Patio furniture. After our on-line furniture died 1 summer in the AZ heat, we decided to go with someone that lives here! We just got our new Patio furniture and it looks Great! We were under a tight timeline for a party, but they delivered! Geoff the sales guy was great too, showed us around and explained the build to order on these products - YOU ARE getting quality on this Patio furniture.
