La chica que me atendió fue muy simple no tubo interés de atenderme Yo iba con el fin de cambiarme de compañía pero ella con su trato me quito las ganas, Ella estaba más interesada por ver sus mensajes de teléfono que por atenderme le hice preguntas referentes a los planes y sólo decía pues ahí dice en el teléfono realmente le falta un curso de servicio al cliente

SCAM ALERT!!!!! This company will sell you broken phones and tell you it was a final sale. A large woman sold me a phone that stopped working the minute I got home. When I went back to return it the same day, I was told "All sales are final". I bought the same make and model phone I had previously and was told that it's considered an "upgrade" and therefore I cannot get my money back. They refused to give me a new phone because they hardly keep any for some ridiculous reason. I had to come back a week later when I was told it would be delivered to the store just to find out it wasn't. When I came back a third time, Kimberly reluctantly "helped" me get my phone from the back after arguing with me that they didn't get deliveries. She asked me when I signed up with Metro and I told her I've been with them since the early 2,000's, then she asked me to tell her the specific date of when! After I dealt with her, a little old man came in with the same problem I have. When I told him the same thing happened to me, Kimberly told us to "take our business elsewhere". Meanwhile, on all 3 visits, there was no manager available and she could only be reached by phone. Every person I dealt with has a horrendous sense of customer service. It's been less than a month since I've had the new phone and it's already giving me issues. This location sells faulty phones and once they have your money, you're screwed. I highly encourage anyone who has had to deal with them to file a complaint with the BBB, I certainly will be.

Friday evening(12/06/2024) we(family of 4 adults)went looking for new phones, (each of us planning on having our own individual plans)and all of us having seen several different deals from different advertisements we had our hopes of going home with a new device.
So my gf and I walk in asking for info on the best deals available. We were immediately met with an attitude declaring that the cheapest deal would be a minimum of $175 plus a cellular plan and after such a declaration the employee immediately sat back down behind the high desk and out of sight. Trying to be polite I asked if we could get a cheap new phone for free IF we signed up for a particular plan. Again we were snapped at and was told the same thing again. And again it was with attitude and overlaid with nasal indifference. So we walked out. I don't want to seem prejudice but this type of behavior does not show much Pride. Forgive me if I assume too much. But at the end of several days of running around Flagstaff, we all were finally happy with new electronics in our palms,
but not to the graciousness of Metro at this location.

Customer service has lied to me about the up grade of my phone. The clerk Kimberly in the store did everything she could help. But customer service is giving out false information. I'm very disappointed in customer for lieing on how I can get me a new phone
