Meredith was awesome to work with!! She was super patient with us and didn't rush us or try to push us into something that we didn't love. She even brought up issues in one house that I didn't even think about because I was blinded by how gorgeous it was (it was up in the hills with super narrow roads and she asked how comfortable we would be with our boys driving on them when they get old enough). We had a unique sale of our home and she kept us updated and made sure that we were protected. I would absolutely recommend her!!

Once again, we received JUNK mail in our neighborhood which is clearly posted at the ENTRANCE - NO SOLICITING. I am not comfortable providing my personal address; however, if you would like to provide your personal address I would be happy to drop off all the door hangers that you left in our neighborhood.

My previous review was fair and I've asked that your company be a responsible business in our area and adhere to the POSTED signs in the neighborhood

Since this is my second notice, I will now be filing a complaint with the BBB and local authorities that protect homeowners from businesses that don't follow local ordinances.

Unwanted Fliers Disregard -
As a resident of the Aliso neighborhood community where Meredith Drews Realty Group operates, I have had multiple negative experiences with their behavior. One recurring issue is their complete disregard for our community rules and the clear "no soliciting" signs posted in our neighborhood. Despite these signs being prominently displayed, Meredith Drews Realty Group continues to leave unwanted fliers on the ground in front of our doors, showing a blatant lack of respect for our community and its rules.

Not only is this behavior inconsiderate and disrespectful, but it also shows a lack of professionalism on the part of Meredith Drews Realty Group. As a real estate company, one would expect them to understand and adhere to basic community guidelines. However, their repeated disregard for our community's wishes and rules is unacceptable.

The constant littering of unwanted fliers in our neighborhood not only creates an eyesore but also contributes to environmental pollution. It's disappointing to see a realty group that is supposed to represent professionalism and integrity engaging in such disrespectful and irresponsible behavior.

In addition to their disregard for community rules, I have also found their fliers to be generic and impersonal, lacking any meaningful information about the properties they are promoting. It seems like they are more concerned with quantity over quality, and their approach to marketing is careless and ineffective.

As a resident, I expect better behavior from a real estate company operating in our community. Meredith Drews Realty Group's repeated disregard for our community's rules and their careless marketing practices have left me with a negative impression of their professionalism and respect for our neighborhood. I would not recommend their services based on my experiences with them.

Meredith is very knowledgeable and organized and knows exactly what she's doing. She's available if you have questions and she checks in every day with a detailed email which is fantastic. She's bought and sold 3 of my homes and I trust her completely.
