My husband and I purchased our first tractor from Joel Lusky in the Conway location and he made the process so easy and seamless. My recent visit to MB tractor this weekend was by far the best experience I’ve had with customer service Paige who was running all departments !!!! and making sure I received all my parts and gave me pointers on maintenance was so welcomed and appreciated. she went above and beyond even with a line of customers and phones ringing. MB tractor is lucky to have an employee like her, for they don’t make workers like that anymore! I hope this gets seen so that she gets the credit she deserves.

Ordered a chainsaw on their website on April 8th. I got a confirmation that they got my order. The email said someone would contact me within 2 days. Never happened. I emailed them first thing this morning to find out what’s happening with my order. Again no response. Now i see why they have such a poor review rating. I will call them tomorrow and tell them to keep their chainsaw. Do not want to do business with this poorly run company.

My first time using MB Tractor. We rented a wood chipper to help with some brush that needed to be cleared. The reservation process was super easy and the equipment was ready to go when we arrived. About an hour into chipping, something jammed up the chipper and we brought it back to the shop. Page who was working rentals was AMAZING! She did not have a mechanic working on Saturday so she headed out to the yard and started to work on the machine herself with her very nicely manicured orange and white nails! Despite not being able to get it up and running for us she did give me a full refund and plans to make sure we are good to go for the next rental. I will be using M.B. Tractor for all my equipment rental needs in the future.

Very disappointed in the Sales department. Over a week had past since turning in the credit application, several emails no return, several phone calls and voicemails with no return. I understand everyone is busy and short staffed but as someone who works in sales and finance I understand when a customer is ready to purchase that they receive the decency of communication. The bigger disappointment was the salesperson telling us "if I had a truck and trailer you could have your tractor today" We ended up going with different Kubota dealership and within 24 hours we had our approval and they were getting the tractor ready.

I would give you zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service. I own a property maintenance business and ordered a mower from them. They said it would be ready in a couple days three weeks later still didn’t even have the Correct paperwork. Never returned any of my phone calls. Definitely would recommend going to a different dealer that wants to sell equipment.

I stopped buying my equipment from them because of poor service. No call backs, lack of urgency, etc. Switched to Bobcat and have been very happy. Recently went there to rent a 4x4 for my daughter's wedding and went to pick it up only to be told they didn't have it reserved. When I told them who reserved it and that I called to confirm just days before they then said that person had been fired and apologized but they couldn't provide the rental. Avoid MB unless desperate.
