Great experience with Tom and very knowledgeable!! I practically asked questions on every bed in the store and he was very informative on his answers! Very delightful to be around, no pressure tactics and allowed me to ask anything and everything I could think of! I will buy my mattress here with confidence and know I got great service and a great product!! I will definitely pass the word to my family and friends about this experience!! Had a wonderful experience with Tom. His professionalism and knowledge of the products available were outstanding. He listened to my questions and concerns. Jared was more than helpful. He answered all our questions and then more. He was the only person working and was slammed. But he never seemed like it. He was calm and took time to make sure everyone in the store was attended to. I highly recommend mattress firm and really highly recommend Jared

We actually had a really great experience! Chad, the sales associate that greeted us, didn’t try to “sell” us anything. He listened to what we wanted, had great information, really knew the products, and we are so happy with our purchase!

Chad was friendly and answered questions. I would have liked to spend more time asking questions but he was the only salesperson. I needed to get a mattress but also felt time was limited. Not his fault. They needed additional sales people. Poor guy had 4 or 5 buyers at the same time.

I went in here just to get some prices and the person helping me was super nice and she was not pushy at all. So that is a huge plus. She was very informative and let me do my thing. The prices on mattresses are just so expensive anyway, but I guess their prices are reasonable because they had a lot of really good ones. And They have free delivery and take away so that is nice and they also said typically with their financing if it's a $2,000 mattress you get 24 month financing with zero interest and if it's a $3,000 mattress you get 36 months with 0% financing and etc. So that sounds like a really good deal. I'm still trying to decide how much I want to spend on a mattress so I have not actually purchased one from here yet. They did say the first 4 months you can return your mattress and just pay a $99 restocking fee. So basically you get all your money back except for $99. And then you have up to a year to return it if you do not like if or any reason and if it's after the 4 months then you basically get store credit. So that also sounds pretty good to me.

Mattress Firm is great! We have purchased two mattresses from them in the past. The first one was great and we had no issues, we kept it for 8 years. The second one had some issues, but they worked with us to get a replacement and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Just got the replacement mattress today and we love it! Big shout out to the manager Tom and the sales associate Samantha who helped make sure we were happy.
