Purchased an adjustable bed frame about a year ago. Did not authorize any warranty or follow-on charges (to my knowledge at least -- don't know if they snuck something into the paperwork). Now a $139 charge has appeared on my credit card. Called the store. Spoke with a person who said they would transfer me to someone who could help. Got disconnected. Have called back about 10 times with nobody picking up. Left voice messages -- no return call. Decided just to report the charge as fraud to my credit card company to be done with it. Will never use Mathis again since the charge itself seems inexcusable and it's compounded by them not answering my calls or responding to my voicemails.

I came to Mathis sleep yesterday afternoon to purchase a new Mattress. I was kindly greeted at the door by Tate Wilks. He went above and beyond to helping me find the mattress that will benefit my sleep the most through the night. He met all my wants and needs. We tried 4 different options and while all the beds are amazing, I choose the intellibed. It’s was the most comfortable bed with a great 25 year warranty. Tate gave a lot of insight on what to look for when buying a mattress! Superior service from Mathis Sleep! Will be a returning customer!!!

We had the best experience with Mathis Brothers Furniture in Springdale. Our salesman Shawn Sigler worked to get us incredible discounts and free delivery! Our highly popular Lazy Boy sectional was in stock and was purchased on Monday and delivered the same week on Thursday. Delivery guys were prompt and very professional. Thank you for making our furniture purchase fun!

We purchased a Lazy boy reclining sofa from Mathis Brothers in 2021. February 2024 the one side quit reclining. It was under warranty. After 4 visits from there repair service guys I had enough. Called the store in Springdale. The manager there was so rude. Told them I wanted my money back. She said all they could do was repair it. Really. You haven't repaired it in 4 visits. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Bought a new Tempur-Pedic bed with an adjustable base and my life will never be the same it’s amazing we looked for a month at every store in the area and the sales staff really was the reason we chose Mathis they are the best

DO NOT PURCHASE A MATTRESS HERE. I have spent more than a dozen hours talking with customer service regarding multiple issues. Multiple times I have been told one thing by a sales associate, to be told something else by customer service.

Additionally, despite what any sales associate may tell you, they will not take returns on purchased mattress if you're unhappy with your purchase.
