I had an excellent experience with a superior court clerk. She was extremely helpful. I was missing a document. She explained not to worry. Stamped everything else. Gave me a note with the form I needed. Told me to give it to the person in the law library and when I was done just bring it to her when she had finished with the person she was with and not to wait in line again. Although, the line was nothing at all in the first place. I was very pleased.

If I could leave zero stars here I would. The judges do NOT make the best judgment here. And if you can't afford a lawyer consider yourself screwed. This court house alone has ruined the lives of many families.

A family member is allowed to go to court behind your back and get custody of a parent here, using the parent's money from their estate In other words, it does not cost the initiating family member a dime. They do it by finding ways to declare an emergency-possible abuse, or financial abuse by significant other. By the time I found out, it was too late, the case was largely decided. I would have had to hire an attorney for $400 an hour with a bill that would most likely exceed $10K to be included. It was a feeding frenzy for the law firms. My father's significant other died from being dragged through the mud and it absolutely bothered no one of the court involved. Must be nice to sleep at night after doing that. I could not. I lost sharing in guardianship and/or conservatorship. I would not participate in a scam like this nor drag my father through 3 more months of court dates. etc. This is evil.

These reviews are spot on. When going to the counter the first time the lady I got must hate her job cause she wasnt friendly at all. I then go up to the third floor remind you after visiting the library where the NICE gentleman was and who helped me with what papers I guess I had to file. Go to the third floor see the judge. She wasnt very friendly at all. Then I go back down to the library and told the NICE gentleman what the judge said and he was dumb founded too on why. But we get the papers done I go back to the counter hoping I did not have to deal with Ms. Rudeness. Thank God I did not. It was another person who helped me. Somebody who has customer service skills unlike the others. So I go back up to the third floor did my calling and the lady Kimberly theres no words for her but AMAZING. The way she greeted me and talked to me was 100% pleasant. When I got inside the court room Judge Lynch was AMAZING as well. Very kind and talked to you as though you are human just like him. He explained things to me unlike the other judge. When I asked him something he helped. The other judge said i was arguing with her because why? Because what I followed by the police department wasnt making sense with what she saying or because i am a human who stays away from trouble and has no clue about all this court stuff so I asked questions? My bad. But I have to say thank you to the Gentleman in the library, the one lady at the counter, Kimberly and Judge Lynch THANK YOU FOR BEING KIND & understanding and knowing that some people just need help on what they are doing. I thank you guys for being on the other side of the fence but still treating people like you are not.

If you have problems with a judge or commissioner of family court ex. Max covil file a complaint with the judicial misconduct office. It's free .they will probably do nothing because they have no interest or benefit from reprimanding a judges misconduct or unlawful order but do it anyway and file appeals and blank pleadings stating your issues ask gim to remove himself.. and if anything file a civil complaint lawsuit against Arizona for allowing damages done by them.I was recently was told they are 7months behind on misconduct complaints Wich shows the serious lack of oversight when these judges are not fair or ethical. My judge max covil has completely disregarded what family court stands for allowing my daughter's mother to refuse my parent time and almost everything else family court tells parents not to do.. repeatedly! anything but honorable.. another commissioner Shelley made a ruling in the 6th parent enforcement petition that mom wasn't in contempt when she obviously was based on not even listening to a word I said or reading anything I filed just like max covil meanwhile I've not seen or had contact with my daughter's since may.. this has been going on almost two years I've documented everything and max covil ignores and denys anything onfile. Not to be mention his first ruling is against AZ law there needs to be more oversight on these people they are affecting people. Accountability for their failure to do their job properly

I have had to deal with maricopa county family courts 30 years ago for my stepchildren and recently for my granddaughters. Neither time was justice served. I'm tired of watching children suffer because a female judge does not take the time to listen, pay attention, and assumes a mother is honest or fit. Judge marwill is the worst of them all. During covid to sit and hyper focus on the blurriness of the camera and waste 20 to 30 minutes fixated upon this cost my son his children. Judge marwill did NOT pay attention to the obvious lies of the mother under oath. Nor did Judge marwill notice the mother leave the camera for more than 20 min making phone calls to cover herself. My granddaughters are suffering at their mothers home. My granddaughters are paying the ultimate price just as my stepdaughters did. Judge marwill took 2 days to make a decision when she had 60 days available and could have used that time to go over all evidence etc. I am convinced there is NO justice in our justice system and that Judge marwill looks at each case as a number without real people involved or effected by her decisions. She is the worst Judge ever and she should be held accountable for her decisions. I would love families of prior cases to tell her how she negatively impacted their lives. Let Judge marwill live with that and have sleepless nights like I do as I worry each day my granddaughters are with their "mother". While they come back each time from there crying because she doesn't feed them. While she exposes them to strange people and situations unfit for a child.

Extremely RUDE staff answering phones for the family court. Called in today to ask a simple question and the lady said "WOW" and hung up on me. Sounds like another person who doesn't appreciate their job.

If I could give no stars I would, took my sons mom to court since she denied me the right to see him, judge said he would make things 50/50 for me and now I see my son only twice a month and have to pay her child support when I have records showing she moved on with me and I supported all the bills.
