When you bring a minor in for a court date they don’t really care to hear what you say even though you have proof from your insurance company 100% the other person was at fault and they still stick you with the fine Because they don’t care what your insurance company says they believe they’re Marana officers and that’s fine but don’t you think after I pay the fine you should recommend or tell us in the hearing the child has to go to a driving school no they didn’t suggest anything I have to wait for a letter to come in from the DMV telling me that they’re about to suspend my child’s license for not attending a traffic school because of a ticket that we had to plead guilty to Because Marana police decided that she was guilty! Wow that’s not justice ! Unprofessional Female Judge that failed to Do her whole job but she sure does know how to impose that fine!

Just went in to this court to pay a speeding ticket and view contesting options. Was quoted $180 online and via phone for the ticket. Ended up being $215 and a $7 processing few. Clerk behind the counter (middle aged woman with shoulder length hair) was extremely rude and condescending toward myself and my husband. When told that we were quoted $180 she became very defensive and told us to pay, contest,or leave. Very very poor service. Formal complaint will be filed.
