Absolutely the best experience at a government service building! The kiosks make everything move smoothly for drivers license and automotive tags. Each and every employee was friendly and efficient.

We went in to get our marriage license and were in and out in less than fifteen minutes. The lady doing the paperwork was friendly and knowledgeable.

Horrid experience and awful employees. We waited over an hour and when we checked on our number they said they had called it already (like 20 minutes ago) and we needed to start over and pick another number. Since they called our number they should have given us the next place in line rather than sending us to the back of the line after already waiting over an hour.
BEWARE. These people don’t understand service.

Every time I have had to come to this service center- it is extremely clean and efficient. Today- I thought FOR SURE it would be a long wait to update my new name & get a new license (due to the amount of people inside); but I signed in- walked over to find a seat and my number was called. In and out in 10 minutes. Very pleased.

Told me after 2 hours the walk in is full to get my disabled sister an ID She barely can walk then they told me to make appointment online I been looking I don't see online scheduling for an ID on web sight they take 12 Walk In's a day so not happy that they can't take anymore who comes in if their open Does everyone work part time they should take everyone until the work day is over appointments shouldn't be need for an ALABAMA ID It's really sad & it's a new place

I waited for two hours. The wait alone was bothersome, then when I finally got called up the staff was extremely rude. When I tried to ask questions they were barking orders and complaining to each other the entire time. I understand being busy and stressed, but there is no reason to take it out on people who had everything needed and were polite. I would chose to take a longer drive before coming here again.

I renewed my tags online and they were lost/delayed in the mail, so I came by the service center to get new stickers printed. After coming in and going through security, I was able to use the kiosk to get a number. I was almost immediately called up to a window and got my stickers. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes which is a new record. I know this won't be the case every time but I'm very happy with the updated capability of this service center!
