This guy was super rude to a group of elderly women ordering either a washer and dryer or dishwasher. He was super disrespectful and didn’t care about their needs. He even disrespected them after he found out they wanted to make an actual purchase. I nearly spoke up for them, but I’m new to the area and there’s no telling what would’ve happen had I spoke up as a black man. Says he’s been with the company for decades but why have a guy like this with your company that doesn’t care about the people that support the company? Strange

It was my first purchasing experience at Lowe's outlet and the sales on Black Friday were phenomenal. I highly recommend this place and overall Cesar was very attentive to our purchase and gave 💯 customer service going above & beyond & impressed with how well he handled all the answers to my questions. He is definitely a great asset to Lowe's & happy is an understatement with my purchase & an exceptional price for a mega capacity Fridge for my large family.

Super pleased with my experience. Got three appliances on my trip. And I have to say thank you again to Aaron. He made sure we double checked all of them before purchasing and went through all the policies with us to ensure we understand all of it. Price was fantastic and the service was great. I’m glad we came here and were well informed. Even delivery was super affordable compared to renting a truck to bring it home. Love a good deal.

Too good to be true?
I think it is true. Amazing deals you'll get! Some of them are 90% off, but it says no warranty, only a 48-hour return policy, so it is a gamble. However, most of the products qualify for 5 years of optional insurance that will cover all mechanical problems. Demand on washers is very high, so if you go and see one you liked... you better get it, or I'll be gone! Delivery is normally $100, but there is a promo of $50 only. Amazing customer service, went here 15 min before closed, and still managed to buy a washer. Visit here before looking for another appliance store. You will be glad to find this outlet.

Wow!!! I can not say enough about the customer service we received from Aaron. We spent almost 2 hours in the store looking and plugging in multiple fridges. He made sure that we didn’t find any damages after pulling them out and also pulled up the reviews for all of them for us to make sure this was the right fridge for us. To top it off we had 2 small kids with us and my Grandfather, he has the patience of an angle lol!

We will be back for any of our future appliance needs not only because of the service but the amazing price!

It doesn't take apple pay. That's what kept Lowe's separate from Home Depot. The prices are really low though, but you got to be on guard and compare because sometimes you can get new-new cheaper then competitors. But unmatched prices for washers and dryers. You can buy extended warranty too, but at this price just buy another one.
