Lots of refrigerators, but also plenty of other things. We found a great vanity for cheap. The customer service was pretty terrible. The first time we went they couldn't sell it because of a scanning issue with corporate, which is understandable, but lots of employees standing around that seemed to have no idea what was going on. Went back to purchase it and they quickly let us know we would have to load it ourselves because their machine was broken. My husband asked if we could use one of the rolling carts and she snapped at him "no you're not going to put it on that" Then as we opened it to check out the granite, I asked the obvious question, "what if we get home and it's scratched or dented or something?" She responds, "you just looked at it!" We looked at the top not the entire vanity so not an unreasonable question. She was just extremely rude and snappy while we were trying to be overly nice. I just don't understand the mentality these days that customers are an inconvenience.

Finally, two guys were very nice and pushed the broken machine out so that they could lift it onto our truck. We were grateful that in the end some employees were willing to work and be helpful.

Lots of selections for appliances. Some look new, some have dents. The prices are really good especially those marked 75% off if you don't mind some dents on it. They said these still have manufacturers' warranties. In addition, you can purchase additional protection from them. The local delivery is $125 no matter how many you buy. It's definitely a good placement to find an appliance. Furthermore, they also have some very good priced vanities with some marked 75% off.

It opened in early September. There wasn't a wide variety of items yet. There are mainly damaged refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, gas stoves, electric stoves, and induction cookers. If you're looking for something cheap but don't mind having scratches, this could be a good choice. Since I couldn't confirm the exact price, I recommend searching for the exact price before purchasing.

I stopped in to see what was in the store. They primarily focused on refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, grills, and some sinks. They have other things, but the list I just mentioned is what I saw the most. The prices were great!!! I did not need anything in this store, but if I do, I will definitely check here first.

We went to buy some tools and stuffs for our small garden at Lowe’s, Madison, Alabama. As what expect they have ll the necessary equipments and tools together with the seedlings.

But the problem is that, and one of their cashier was asking for our IDs when we are just “purchasing” stuffs for our garden. Looking for valid IDs. Question was, is it needed to show IDs when buying at the @Lowe’s-Huntsville? Now a bit feel offended me and my husband questioned if he is a real vet? Which is I personnally take it as rude.

Hope that guy one of Lowe’s costumer personnel/ cashier will change his personality especially when conducting and assisting Lowe’s costumer. Seems like he was gawking costumers appearance and questionning the costumers credebility when buying garden stuffs instead of being helpful towards costumers inquiries.

Good Customer service depends on who you get. The managers do not give good customer service when it comes to giving fair discounted prices. The employees give one price, and the manager gives a higher price, which unminds the employee price. The employees get introuble when it comes to giving above and beyond helping the customer. Lowes Outlet has great employees that explain everything very good they just don't give a price they explain the pricing, explain about warranties and they stay with you and try to see if they can help you find other things that you are looking for. I had a manager come show me a product he gave me price and that was it he didn't ask me if i was looking for anything else he just walked off fromIam in the rental business which I have some rental properties and I was going to by several items from Lowes Outlet

The folks are awesome! If you don't mind some scratch and dented items and just need them to function as they should, while saving you real percentages of savings, this is the place to go. We saved a ton of money from here. Worth a look before you spend more than you want. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.

We went looking for appliances for young family home. Great place to find cost saving appliances. As young family with toddler not an easy store to navigate as no regular carts to pop kids in. Lots of lanes, wall to wall fridges that brought out toddler brain. Standard carts desperately needed for young families so adults can focus on choosing rather than keeping kids from running aisles.
Large selection of household improvement items as well as seasonal furniture in store as well as small chicken coop. Please add some buggies!!!
