My parents lived here for 15 years and loved it. The management was very supportive and helpful in every way. Shout out to Mr Rado who helped with maintenance. I hope Mr Rado still works here. He was a wonderful man and had a lovely hearing impaired dog he had adopted from a shelter.
We really miss this place and hope to move back here soon. My parents moved to another place but soon realized that they had little company and the management was not at all responsive compared to Los Arboles. You don't know a great thing unless you lose it: We sure lost out on a great environment by moving out.
I should also note that the neighbors used to be very helpful and my parents made so many wonderful friends during their stay. There are many children here so it is great for families with kids. They watch over each other and make this place very safe.
Another plus is the close proximity to many shops, services, malls, grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, Asian markets, and public transit facilities that connect as far away as downtown Los Angeles. There are many schools near by with Gahr High School abutting the property. Inspite of the proximity it is tucked away in a corner so there is little disturbance from noise pollution or traffic.

Great Places, I feel like a Home, I’m feel Happy, Peace & Safe Living this Apartment, Very Clean & Organized, Close to Every Where, 61 Restaurants, Supermarket, Salon, Gas Station & close to Fwy, in front the Apartment is also Safe, because it is on a Dead End and I ♥️ The Manager DANIELA S , She Very Nice Person, Professional Knowledge, Friendly, Care, Wise, Fair and be Patient ♥️ Also The Maintenance Staff Good & Nice too, Professional & Fast it I have Problem with my Apartment.. we’re currently renting here for about 2 months. Very disappointed, we don’t feel safe here. It is a gated community, however someone stole my car catalytic converter inside the gated parking lot. If someone can steal something inside the gated parking lot, what else can they do? Also the parking lot doesn’t have any cctv. I had my car for a very long time, I used to parked my car outside in the street when I was still living with my parents. Nothing like this has ever happened before. This is the first time that it happened inside a gated parking lot.

This place is extremely unsafe. The main gate never locks properly and people can come in at anytime. People have had their car broken into many times. No security cameras in common areas or parking lots. Management doesn't care about residents' safety.
