They got ALL the sports gear you could want, and get things in ASAP, I was able to get the 2021 Suns Valley edition on the day they came out. Prob my favorite clothes store. Check them out

Just walked out of this store a few mins ago and there 3 employees in here and the cashier was the only one working the guy working a the hat embroidery machine was watching cartoons on his phone we asked him was he on break he said no he good.The young lady at the entrance was also on where phone and watching ppl come and not say anything.I didn’t even want to spend my money in this store.we walked out. 0/10 Don’t recommend at all.

I’m a happy customer all because a lovely young lady by the name of jasmine with a beautiful smile, who helped me exchange a hot and popular serpientes Dbacks jersey. I went to 3 other stores and this location was the only one that had the size I needed! It was an online order but a exchange via shipping, man that would of taken weeks but I needed it today! She made it easy and quick! I will continue to shop here at the lids locker room in Arizona mills thanks to jasmine!!

The people at the afternoon/ night shift doesn’t want to work at all, we couldn’t find a solution to an item return, every answer was like “no I can’t”, “if you don’t see it here we don’t have it” “go to the other store” “there’s nothing that I can do, we don’t process anything online” like if you don’t want to work and you don’t like to provide any customer service, what are you doing there!?
So annoying and rude.
