Did a quick easy truck rental this morning to pick up supplies for a backyard stock tank pool project. Very reasonable pricing on a very new, clean, capable truck that made the chore a breeze. Was only $10 more for an enclosed truck versus a pickup so I didn't have to super strap everything down. The appropriate straps for the tank would have been $40 so actually saved!

Would rent from this location again without hesitation. Clean, easy, we live on Luke AFB so right down the street from either gate. Staff was helpful and friendly. I have to say the new trucks with the fancy dash that helps you maximize the gas milage and the USB ports etc is not the truck I remember from even as few as 15 years ago. Great stuff U-haul, keep it up!!

I had an amazing experience at Litchfield Easy Storage! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to navigate, but what really stood out was the customer service. The manager, AI Gamble, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect storage unit for my needs. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process seamless. It’s rare to find such outstanding service these days. Highly recommend!

Was in the process of looking for a storage unit when we drove by Litchfield Easy Storage. We stopped in and and met Al. The process and price was unmatched in the area. Every self storage facility wanted to to nickle and dime you so their special rate was above their regular rate, but not here. The rates are very reasonable and transparent. Al and his staff are remarkable and explained everything. If your looking for a storage facility in the area, look no further. I've already done the work. There's no one better. Thanks guys.

This facility is clean, secure and fairly priced. Al Gamble (store manager) is awesome! Al answered all of my questions, and gave me a tour of their units so I could determine which unit size would be best for me. Al is beyond helpful and will take care of you!

I reserved a 15’ U-Haul truck from this storage place through the U-Haul website. I chose this location due to its many great reviews. Al Gamble assisted me on the day that I picked up the truck. He was very nice and professional. All of their trucks look to be in great condition. The truck that I rented drove well. Overall, great experience. Highly recommend.

I have had a wonderful experience here! Al helped me get set up with a U-Haul and a unit almost immediately upon arrival. He was very professional, explained everything simply and fully and was very kind. He made choosing them easy, and staying with them easier. I initially got a climate controlled 10x10 unit, then downsized to a smaller unit later. My request was handled quickly and efficiently. My favorite thing about this place besides their staff is how secure it is. I also love that the portal is easy to navigate and use for payments and such. If you’re contemplating using them, just do it! You won’t regret it!
