Absolutely pathetic service. I had given my laptop for almost a week for repair but there was no work done to it. No updates were given during the time of repair and moreover the store attendents and the repair engineer were such big liars and were trying to fool me by giving false information about my own device. This store is extremely unprofessional and doesn't do it's job at all.
*Please beware of such scam stores*

Bought the lenovo IdeaPad 5 from the store and very happy with the purchase. The seller explained every feature, pros and cons of the laptop plus got the laptop at a price which was not available at any store or online website.
The old laptop was also exchanged with decent value.

Overall, very happy with the purchase and seller's behaviour.

I Bought Lenovo Legion 5 pro laptop from this lenovo official store and the service is good.

I searched this laptop in online sites and in other stores too but in all those places it is not available but this store provided me this laptop in just 2 days of time in best price.

-10 star. The worst service!!! Unexpected from this shop!!!

Wasted my 10 days and even after 10 days he was saying we are still looking for the issue and was beating about the bush.Very frustrating😡😖👺!!!!!

And the worst thing is he handed over my laptop to another person (kind of like a freelancer or stranger) in durg area 😡 and lied that he has a shop or something, but luckily that stranger guy told me he doesn't have a shop, so I told them to give my laptop back....

I am not sure why he was doing that but I think to get more money...since I took my laptop back and they didn't fix it, so it was no charges for me.

*Please be aware from this greedy shops*
