Hello,
Le Med is a great place to live. I'm going on my 3rd year here. I'm very Blessed to have found this place. I knew when I walked in for the tour I wanted to live here.
Very clean. Very strict on the rules and they are very organized when it comes to updates.
Saul the maintenance man is on it.
Nicole and staff in the office are always understanding and stern about policies. Love that.

My family and I have been a resident at Le Med Apartments for almost 19 years, and I am so happy and grateful for this place! Not only the grounds are MAINTAINED perfectly, but the Manager and Staff are most curtious and helpful people to turn to in the time of need. They are great communicators, fast responders, and always up to deliver the most satisfaction to their residence. My family and I have always felt safe here and very fortunate. Precilla, Saul, Christian and Gene have become like an extended family to all of us living here, knowing we can rely on them, and always greeting us with a cheerful smile. This place is the best!!! The best place to live! Don’t quote me on this but I believe we have lived at Le Med, in the past 15 years, about 10 or 12 of those years. No other place matches the quality of service by the staff. Sal, our maintenance man is the best! He has assisted us many times not only with maintenance issues but with any questions or anything about the building. This place is so comfortable, peaceful and quiet. I cannot say enough about how great this place is. Thanks to the whole staff here. They are the best!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I've lived here for almost 10 years but unfortunately I'm moving out. It has been wonderful to live here. Nicole, Macelda and Saul are all great! You will feel safe here and its a quiet community. I highly recommend Le Med Apartments!

I lived there for two years and if I ever move back home from Texas, I would live there again. Best place I lived at in Southern California. Great location, great apartments and Pat was outstanding. When I lost my job during the great recession, they allowed me to go on a month to month lease and didn't increase my rent one dime. I loved it here. When I eventually found a job that required me to move to Austin, Pat sold my refrigerator (all places in Austin come with their own fridge) and about two weeks after I got there, I had a check for $450.

My husband and I are very happy living here. It's very quite , very clean , and all the staff are very kind. They also allow dogs and cats. I love coming home and knowing that I can have a relaxing night or hang out at the jacuzzi for a bit. The neighbors are friendly, respectful and we all have assigned parking.

Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Priscilla made my application very smooth and easy. Sal, the person responsible for the maintenance of the apartment is very helpful, he offers help all the time and you can call him 24/7. The area is nice and clean.

I was coming to view Le Med, and this what I encountered.. I am moving to CA from GA...
What I liked about the property:
1. The location, the drive up was gorgeous, the mountains were right there, the golf course is right there, couldn't have asked for a better spot!
2. The apartments looked very nice on the outside.
And that's about all I can say I liked because...
I assume I met the "property manager" upon walking into the office, she was a older woman, I unfortunately cannot remember her name. She was so RUDE, two weeks prior to coming to view Le Med, I scheduled an appointment to view and talk to the manager. I also attempted to call the office 3 times prior to my arrival that morning, each time, no answer. I was made to feel like I was a liar, being told she had no idea what I was talking about. Little did she know she could have had us sign that day. The whole reason I am putting this out on the web is because Wednesday of last week I received two phone calls within 10 minutes of each other, from who? You guessed it, Le Med, wanting to know why I missed my appointment and if I wanted to reschedule.. Really Le Med? Really? You had a nice property and everything, but crappy customer service 🙁
