nope...purchased a used snow blower that got next to no love before they flipped it. The grease was black and gritty it was so old, the sheer pins were also rotten as was some of the other hardware. It is probably a good thing the starter motor screws were rusty and fell off withing the first hour of using the blower. It made me stop to repair it and discover just how badly they had gone through the used product they took in trade.

What you did is NOT how you flip a trade and you absolutely over charged me for a piece of equipment you did nothing to. I should have saved some money and just used the market place on facebook

DO NOT recommend and if you do be very wary of them.

Called to find part for riding mower, they didn't have it in stock but could order it, fine go ahead. Get a call back and told that I would need to pre pay for the item, fine that is until I find out the reason I need to pre pay is because I inquired about the part from another small equipment repair business. Yeah, I just ordered the part online. Thanks for letting me take my business elsewhere. Have a great day!

Bought a brand new zero turn years back. Always had great service and quick turn arounds until the most recent experience here. I dropped off the same mower for a belt and new blades which I was informed they would get it in quickly which has always been the case. After a week of being there I called to see the status of the machine a gentleman who was nice on the phone informed me that the machine still hasn't been looked at but it would be done this week (2) I called back that Friday and a female answered the phone and she informed me that they have yet to look at it, and that she was unaware why the previous gentleman informed me of the quick turnaround, she checked her notes and acknowledged that he did put that it would be done this week. She ensured me that it would be first thing Monday. I waited to hear back from them with nothing. I called back that Friday after roughly being there for 3.5 Weeks and the female informed me that they just ordered parts for the mower and that it will be completed as soon as they arrive. After waiting until Weds with still no parts I informed them I would pick the mower up and bring it elsewhere. I understand that parts can be backordered but some open communication with long lasting customers would go further. Unfortunately I will not be taking anything back here. I was told there is new owners, not sure if this is true or not but I wish you guys the best of luck with future business, please have a more open communication with your customer base before more people decide to find alternative places.

My snowblower hit a small piece of broken asphalt. It got past the augers and hit the impeller, damaging the engine. It was an expensive repair but it starts and runs like new. Thank you, Lapointes, for your skill and great customer service.

They are many times busy so expect a little wait time. They are knowledgeable of the products they carry and the manufacturer incentive programs for purchasing those products. Their service is very good as well. My several times there have been very positive. If your looking for a really cheap price this might not be the place to go. If your looking for good products with service support I'd give them a try.

I went to the store frustrated because they didn't hold up they're end of the deal. Staff obviously not trained to deal with frustration from their lack of staff issue.... got ripped off on delivery charge...(I had to pick it up myself or not get it...) the new owners are gonna ruin the business name.

These guys had higher than average customer service and bailed me out big time! I had a drive belt idler pulley go on my zero turn (the drive belt for the wheels not the mow deck). They had the part but they closed at noon and I couldn't get there in time. They made arrangements with me to get the part and I have installed it and am mowing away. I really appreciate it Lapointe's!
