At first I was a little sketch out buying online and after I checked out the land in person & verifying the owners, it’s legit. I’m pretty satisfied with my purchase. Mark & Cynthia are very helpful and will help out with all the information you need about a property. You could also do payments as well if you don’t have all the money but it’s better to pay it off as soon as possible. Would definitely recommend to others 👍

Buyers Beware! This company called land paradise is a FRAUD! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY LAND FROM THIS COMPANY!! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!! I KNOW SOMEONE THAT LOST THEIR MONEY DEALING WITH THESE SCAMMERS! I started working with Mark and his wife (Land Paradise) about eight weeks ago. They are an excellent team, and very well-versed in what they do. I’ve had an awesome experience working with them as I was a bit skeptical of purchasing land online. They are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and ready to help you in making the smoothest transition possible for becoming a new land owner! Integrity, honesty, and awesome communication are key elements with these folks!!
