I would not recommend Lamb Chevrolet to my worst enemy. I will NEVER let this serving team look at my truck let alone touch it.

We bought our truck in Phoenix and brought it to Lamb to have serviced (just an oil change). When bringing it in, I told them I think there may be a leak in the radiator. They made a big deal about it and said they couldn’t look at it, the truck needed to go to another department for that. You are a dealership, a mechanic, changing my oil… you can’t look and confirm of a leak? They said ok we can check it out and go from there. I get the truck back and they say no leak….

Come to find out, there is indeed a leak! My husband got under the truck and confirmed it’s the upper radiator hose. We schedule to come in for the radiator and new brakes…. they say they need the truck for THREE days just to look at it and confirm where the leak is. This is a Wednesday…. Friday we get a call saying that the entire radiator needs replaced, there’s a crack in it. Radiator is on order and will be here Monday. Thankfully, this is covered under warranty.

We are a family of four… two jobs to get to, two schools, 4 different sports total to transport to and from. We are told a rental vehicle is on the lookout and that they would keep us posted. Never heard back about that rental vehicle… never even acknowledged again. Nobody was looking for a rental vehicle to assist us and nobody had a care in the world to help us and that is clear.

Monday afternoon we get a call again… OOPS it’s just the radiator hose like you said in the first place! We will NOT be replacing the radiator. We will only be replacing the radiator hose. We say, yes this is what we told you… they say, well we have to take a look for ourselves. At this point this truck has been there since Wednesday at 8am. Sooooo… over 5 days now! You told us Friday you “took a look for yourselves” so who’s not being honest here?

Today is Wednesday…. A week later we are getting our truck back. This entire week we have called for updates because nobody has reached out to give us updates. They call us HOURS later… they tell us they are looking for a rental vehicle and never call us back to tell us one is found or not found. We get the truck back today and the truck is absolutely filthy… a DEALERSHIP having it for a week they can’t even rinse the truck off? Couldn’t even just spray it down? Not only is the truck disgusting, my break pad servicing warning is still popping up on the dash. Haven’t even left the dealership yet and have to give it back to them. THIS IS AFTER A WEEK OF MY TRUCK BEING HERE. This is absolutely insane. I’ll be driving an hour and a half one way just to get my vehicle serviced from now on. I can’t even trust that my brakes were done… let alone a new radiator hose being replaced! I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t do a thing at this point.

GM, Lamb, who ever you are… Don’t respond back saying you’re disappointed to hear these things… you regret to hear we’ve had this experience. NO YOU DON’T if you did, you would stop with these cheesy replies and get a handle on your servicing team.

Nate was an exceptional salesman and worked hand-in-hand with me to find the best vehicle and working with me to set a concrete deal that worked within my financial bubble. I appreciate the effort and concern he showed during our negotiations and I would certainly refer him to other customers in the future! Thank you! Was forced to take my Chevrolet Silverado 2500 to dealership for airbag replacment, as per DOT letter. Lamb Chevrolet service did the replacment on my truck. In the process of replacment of air bag, the dash on my truck was busted in three different places. Mind you this dash has had a dash mat since I purchased the truck. Dash was in impeccable condition. Truck is well cared for, not abused. Lamb Chevrolet service tech didn't even tell me they broke the dash. I had to find it a month later when I removed the dash mat to clean the window. I called the dealership and was pretty much told I was responsible for the replacement of my dash that Lamb Chevrolet says they don't even make any more!!!

Title: Disappointing Service – Overcharged and Unresolved Issues Despite Clear Instructions

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at Lamb Chevrolet Prescott Arizona. While they did complete the brake fluid flush and cooling system flush as requested, my experience with the rest of the services was frustrating and unsatisfactory.

I initially brought my vehicle in for two main issues: clogged wiper sprayers and a request to have the transmission fluid replaced. Prior to bringing my car in, I had already troubleshot the wiper sprayer issue myself and informed the dealership that the sprayers were clogged and needed to be cleaned or replaced, and that all other components (hoses, pump, etc.) were functioning correctly. Despite providing them with this information, I was charged $220 for an inspection that didn’t resolve the issue. The dealership then recommended replacing the pump due to a clog, but after getting my car back, I took matters into my own hands. I emptied the washer fluid, removed the sprayers, cleaned them out, and reattached them, the wiper sprayers worked perfectly fine. This simple fix should have been identified and addressed by the service team, and it’s incredibly frustrating to have paid for an inspection that didn’t result in any solution.

Additionally, I requested a transmission fluid replacement, but when I came to pick up the vehicle, I was told they didn’t have time to complete the service. This lack of communication and failure to fulfill the service request was unacceptable.

While I’m glad they completed the brake fluid and cooling system flushes as requested, the issues with the wiper sprayers and the unfulfilled transmission fluid replacement leave me questioning the competence and professionalism of this service department.

I won’t be returning to this dealership for future service and advise others to ensure that all requested services are fully completed before accepting the final bill.
