Hard beds, flat pillows, noisy hotel. Up all night due to hard as a rock bed, blaring tv from second floor for hours around 2 am and hearing numerous showers throughout the night.Next morning first 2 people in the room had cool showers. 3rd person had warmer water, but it never got hot. Rooms were 2/5. Nicely cleaned, but very used. Need repairs/updates. Lobby clean and updated. Good front desk service 3/5 Good breakfast with a nice variety of food and well kept dining area. Just a difficult place for a good nights sleep. Youngest kids enjoyed the pool, but it was too cool for others. No hot tub. Not too impressed with Wyndham hotel chain. (Here for a funeral)

First of all the staff is great and friendly! My negative review is on the room. First very weird smell in the rooms and hallways doesn't smell like smoke just bad, bathroom doors doesn't lock, beds and pillows are pretty flat and hard, and very Noisey (you hear literally
everything starting at 4 AM to 9 AM everyday, people taking showers, them walking above you, them talking in hallways, you literally hear everything! Plus, they don't make it easy to switch the water from bath to shower head easy, very confusing 😐

The price seemed to be slightly elevated because of the big Texas-Arkansas football game, but the room was clean and nice. I would have preferred a suite, but I appreciate the last minute availability. Breakfast was pretty good. I request that some none pork protein options be added. Thanks for the extra towels!

Positive: Accommodating and friendly staff. Location and cleanliness. Negative: A bunch of teenage boys in the room above me playing video games and partying super loud and lots of banging and bumping from about 10 PM to about 3:30am. Ruined my trip.

Checked in a front desk person looked liked they want to be anywhere but here. Elevator is not working. Started reading reviews and apparently the elevator has been out of service for at least a month. Walked stairs to second floor and room. Opened door and I could tell that someone had been smoking in room. Opened bathroom door and it reeks even worse. Tried to call front desk twice and it just rang and rang. Too late to cancel or I would have. Very disappointing experience to say the least. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhat else.
