Don’t waste your time with this facility. I have been here for over two years (for myself) and one with my child. They can’t keep a counselor for the life of them. They have poor communication. I needed paperwork for a court case and I called multiple times over a few months (that’s the only way to get records) and I still haven’t received any paperwork months later. (I’m in Feb 2024 and still don’t have the paperwork requested in August of last year.) The court advisor has requested it and even with that paperwork signed but both parents it’s gotten no where. Not to mention my kiddo has been out of meds for more than 5 days at a time. After my last appointment the Drs assistant was supposed to reach out and never did. Trying to get in touch with someone to schedule an appointment is horrible and you can only be scheduled months out or the worst times possible. You won’t always get the same doctor for that either since they can’t seem to keep anyone. I try not to fault the people that work there since I know they get thrown into a hurricane when accepting that job but when you are advocating for your children and they are misgendering your child and don’t even care enough to fix that in his charts it begins to get frustrating. The only reason I have to stay is due to my insurance and the wait lists. We are on a waitlist for another facility.

UPDATE!!!
(The nurse said it was ready at the pharmacy and went to get it 3 hours after for it not to be ready!!)
This Office Is Horrible! Let My kids be out of meds multiple times for atleast 5 days at a time!! You can’t do that with psych meds! Get your stuff together ? Refills should be given at the once a month visits!

Dr. Parker refused to get me a gene-site test despite my self advocation for one because I had been hallucinating (visual and auditory). I was recently diagnosed S.M.I. and now my official diagnosis after 6 mental health facility stays is D.I.D. He took me off of wellbutrin and put me on 50mg of Zoloft which made me incredibly manic. Mania was something I also mentioned I had struggled with in the past, but he just chalked that up to Marijuana usage. Either way, go somewhere else for your mental health needs. I think Dr. Parker can use a little education on the medications he pushes on his patients. I'm now with Southwest Behavioral Health and Lifewell, both of which have helped me get on the proper mood stabilizers and antipsychotics.

Such a heartbreakingly disappointing experience. It took months to get in only to be passed around between counselors before finally landing on anything consistent. Communication and coordination were laughabley terrible--it was impossible to get a callback or any kind of follow-through most of the time. We never seemed to be much of a prority to anyone there. We finally gave up when we showed up for our bi-weekly time slot only to find out that we werent on the books at all, causing my daughter to break down into tears in the waiting room. Whether overbooking or simple carelessness is the issue, this process is far too delicate for such an apathetic and unreliable group of people. The worst part is that my daughter now has no faith or hope in the mental health system. Please do not trust this place with your children.

My daughter has been with this company over one year .because she likes her counselor.. She has High needs case management team that's non existent . I feel like this company does very little follow thru and has high turnover rate for children's . They have tons of resources and don't utilize half . If you are a parent ADVOCATE for your child, you will need to do constant follow up. I also clearly stated over and over we need "coping skills" for my child and the monthly meetings our insurance was being billed for , well once child was deemed stable dispite her being in emotional crisis or up n downs meetings were FEW I can count maybe 3 -4 high needs meetings in 1 year even after we we're to told monthly. So it's quite disappointing I left VM w a supervisor and spoke to one was never contacted after first point with needing the printed packet we were promised and looked frwd too for 18 the bday . My child's high needs case manager very nice and meant well just feel like follow thru was disappointing! We have now transferred to adult therapy as now 18 here's hoping adult portion is better otherwise we will be switching ... Thank goodness she can stay w same counselor

I've been suffering from bi polar disorder and when I scheduled a zoom appointment I had to wait over a month to be seen only to be dismissed by "Dr.Parker" a psychiatrist because my gpa was good in highschool. He asked me a hand full of questions which lasted 5 minutes. I told him I had attempted suicide before and none of this concerned him. Do not visit Dr.Parker.

Been a headache since day one, miscommunication among office staff and therapist, poor communication/incompetent therapist, always late to home sessions, she also has a lack of communication with Nurse practitioner in regards my child medication. Nurse practitioner was just fine, but finally switching to another place!

An absolute trash organization. I’ve left 5 voicemails over the last 8 days trying to reach my son’s psychiatrist and no one has returned my call.
