This store is clean and looks so nice every time I come in, plus the deals are great. Abbey L. helped me out and she was extremely pleasant and funny. She had no problem checking a bunch of times if things were in my size in back stock and showed me some other items that were similar to ones that weren’t in my size. I had a really pleasant shopping experience and definitely will be back.

Tori and Abbey L. were amazing at the Glendale Outlet! They were both welcoming, kind and helpful in finding the right size and color. Tory was extremely knowledgeable about the products, offering great recommendations that suited my style and needs perfectly. Abby L was equally impressive, providing top-notch customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude. They both went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for.

The store itself is well-organized and stocked with the cutest selections, but it was the professionalism and enthusiasm of Tory and Abby L that truly made it a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend visiting the Kimes Ranch Outlet and working with these two!

While traveling, I had the distinct pleasure of dealing with Abbey L at the Glendale Outlet. Remarkably, my wife and daughter were able to Face-time from British Columbia and Abbey guided them through the store looking for jeans and show shirts. She had a terrific handle on what was in stock and capably answered all questions while also offering alternatives. Not sure how I am getting all this clothing home.
