I am from hubli. I visited kolhapur, goa service centers. Bangalore e city triumph is one of the worst sc I ever visited. today i visited the Triumph ecity service center after riding from Hubli to Bangalore to address some issues with my bike, which had been unused for two months. Unfortunately, my experience with this service center was highly disappointing.

Here were the main issues I addressed them up:

1. Tappet Noise: There’s a ticking sound coming from the engine.
2. Engine Shuts Down: The engine stalls in neutral and first gear, especially during early mornings and cold starts. I even showed them a video of this issue.
3. Fogged Indicators: I requested the indicators be replaced because they had fogged up during the monsoon. However, the service center refused, stating that the fog had dried up, despite having replaced indicators for other customers in similar cases.

Despite pointing out these issues, none of them were resolved. Instead, the service center only performed a general check-up, for which I was charged ₹1531. This included washing, chain lubrication, 100ml of engine oil, and a coolant additive. I also noticed an unnecessary charge for WD-40, which I’ve never been charged for at other service centers, such as Goa or Kolhapur. Additionally, they charged ₹500 for labor. For comparison, the Goa service center charged ₹1.3k for a general check-up, including accessories like a tank pad which cost 450₹

In the end, none of the critical issues I reported were resolved, yet I was left with a hefty bill. This experience was extremely unsatisfactory, especially considering the high costs involved.

I recently bought my Triumph Tiger 900 from Khivraj Triumph E city. The entire experience was super smooth, Khivraj Triumph gives a very professional dealership experience, which I must say is with able leadership.

My experience with Mr Prateek Rawat was phenomenal. He delivered what he promised and more and on time, maybe before time. With his passion for biking and experience, he could suggest the right accessories and ensure my bike is delivered along with all accessories installed (they keep stock of most fast moving accessories) He also helped me in making the right buying decision, he happily offered me a 2nd test ride at their Mekhri circle dealership which is closer to my home, of another Tiger model which I was confused with, the test ride helped me decide on what bike I exactly wanted.

All the processes were transparent and swift, the payment processing, the registration and pdi. The delivery was given as committed, infact faster than committed.

The billing staff was meticulous in completing all the right documents at the time of delivery, and giving me all the hard copies which I required.

I would highly recommend this dealership.
